I am in love with my purchase! I ordered one of the bundle deals and I am amazed by the quality and that it was not expensive at all. The hair is soft and so cute. I get so many compliments. This company is definitely Heavenly! I will be ordering again and I recommend this company.

Per our conversation I explained to you that you do not qualify for a refund because there was no fault of Heavenly Hair by Nicole. You ordered our sample package 8/17/2020 and left a good review on 8/27/2020 (which you recently edited) then 9/8/2020 you ordered a larger amount of hair. We understand your frustration for not receiving a refund. Our policy has been updated because we have had customers that will purchase big amounts of hair that unfortuantly they do not know how to sell or have changed their mind about starting a hair buisness. Heavenly Hair by Nicole will not be responsible for no other reason then a mistake made by us.

We are sorry that you were unsatisfied with the closure you purchase. There was an email sent to you explaining the correct way to bleach the knots in a closure. Leaving the bleach on too long will damage the closure and it will bald very quickly. Please let us know if you would like for us to resend the email. Once again thank you for you review. We apologize for what you have experienced with us. We have stated in the description that our wigs are 130% density because 130% density has a more natural look. As far as shedding, we are little concern about this because we thoroughly examine our hair before it is shipped out and we have not seen any shedding at all.

With proper care, our curly hair will not tangle
(washing/ conditioning once a week, applying leave-in-conditioner to hair daily)
Also, our hair is true to length, if you stretch the curls and then measure you will see that the lengths are correct.
