I purchased a silver with black roots wig 12 inches. At the almost end of processing the order, I was asked to "tip" the makers of the wig,3rd red flag. I wavered over this purchased, as there were very poor visuals. No access to zoom visuals, and no model visuals. With these negatives, i relied on a mere 2 reviews. One expressed a likeness to something I would experience. The unit arrived in a timely manner. The "silver" was a hideous yellow grey, white, I don't even know. The black roots were board across as if someone drew a straight line on a child's coloring page. The first thought was a Halloween wig. It might be best to go with your first thoughts. I didn't do that. It has cost me 159.00 dollars. Please keep in mind, I did not. Some vendors Do Not know our culture, certainly do not know us. Buyer beware. They also make as difficult as hell to try and return these products. They are taking advantage of us everyday. Yet they take issue with capitalism.

I ordered a 24in 200% straight wig that was supposed to be top quality human hair and what I received was a short curly very synthetic wig and when I made contact with the company all they did was offer a 10% refund. Please beware!!! They are just stealing money at this point.

IF YOU CAN SEE THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE FROM THEM PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE THE MY WIG OH AND BY THE WAY THEY HAVE MORE EXCUSES THEN GERMS WHEN I KEPT ASKING WHERE MY WIG WAS UNTIL I SAID I WANT MY MONEY BACK BUT I FINALLY RECEIVED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A 400 DOLLAR 22 INCH WIG AND IT WAS A 18 INCH WITH HORRIBLE QUALITY I COULD HAVE WENT TO MY LOCAL BODEGA AND FOUND A BETTER WIG THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE THAT USES BLACK WOMEN AS THEY'RE FOCAL POINT OF SALES BUT THEY REALLY CAN CARE LESS AS LONG AS THEY'RE MAKING MONEY

Love it! Delivery is so fast during these covid times. GOT IT TODAY!! So beautiful, seems like real hair aswell but I don’t know much about wigs 100% would recommend

I ordered about 3 weeks ago the money was taken out of my account I read the reviews after the fact huge mistake I was so excited about the prices and to be getting one for free! I just got a tracking number with a link this morning hopefully they come and I’m not disappointed but I should have known it was too good to be true!

Terrible plastic hair not even on a lace. This is the cheapest wig I have ever seen. I also can not get any responses about a refund. These definitely we're not the wigs I picked out from the picture. I will be reporting this business to the BBB. Spread the word these wigs suck. The company should be shut down.

I purchased a lace wig and it was fake! The hair is plastic not human hair as stated on their website. I think I've been ripped off by luxhair.com... WARNING! FAKE HAIR!!

I purchased two wigs February 28th and I still have not received them customer service doesn't answer it's disconnected I think is it a total scam I lost my hair due to an illness now I don't even have the wigs I bought nor can I talk to anyone in customer service this is a horrible way to treat people

it said that I would get a free wig . And it didn't let me pick one. I don't understand. i paid the full price. So I could get the free shipping and another wig. but I'm not happy . could you explain why i wasn't able to select another wig.

I have purchased several of the Sleek Bob wigs in various colors and I absolutely love them. I get so many compliments on them and people cannot believe I am wearing wigs.

UPDATE OF MY REVIEW: I purchased two wigs from LuxhairNOW on March 1 (the same day I gave this review). I paid in full the same day I ordered. Today is March 21 and after sending 3 emails and attempting to call the customer service number they provide (not in service) I have no response, no wigs nor any refund on my purchase. I am so so disappointed I could cry. Was so looking forward to getting my new wigs and I can't even get in touch with anyone to find out what happened.

I love Sherri's wigs. I usually purchase them from QVC but they are always out of the wavy pixy wig. I decided to get on Sherri's wed site and found my wig. I was excited that not only did I order 1 and got 1 free 5 days ago and just received them yesterday. Today I decided to order 2 more of the same style just to make sure I don't run out. Lol. Thanks Sherri!

I cannot tell you how much I love your wigs. I just order two more after buying the short pixie. Yesterday. I wore that wig to my grandson's wedding. I cannot tell you how many people came up to me and said how much they loved my hair. When I went to get my make up done for the wedding, the styles did not know that I was wearing a wig. Thank you so much for making my day the best day ever.

Hard to believe this is not real hair. I have bought several and have pleasantly surprised by the quality. I have spent much more for others. Not too much hair, so it looks natural.

The ordering experience was frustrating because I selected the style I wanted to purchase and the color but I couldn't see a picture of a Model actually wearing the style in the color I ordered. Instead, the website only showed a picture of the Model wearing the style I wanted in a blonde color and a picture of a black-grey wig hovering net to her. A model wearing the wig n the black-grey color should have been provided.

I am so glad I saw your television ad program/promotion. I have always wanted to try a wig, and with added situation of hair loss. I feel elated!! Thank you.
