I’ve just had my new boiler installed by Dougie and Graeme from Heatsafe Heating. I am absolutely delighted with the service given.
They arrived on time and quickly got to work which they do brilliantly together I may add.
Graeme found a small leak at my cooker and fixed it for me even though it wasn’t part of the job.
The work they both do is to a very high standard and tidied everything before they left.
They are two of the most pleasant and cheery workmen I have had any dealings with for a long time.

Heatsafe were very professional and meticulous going about their work. Very informative and kept me updated all the way through the 3 day job. They were also extremely tidy and their workmanship was such a high standard that I’ll definitely be using them again in future as well as recommending them to others.

Heatsafe replaced my water cylinder changing us over to an unvented cylinder running from the mains. Graeme and his team have been great. They were quick and efficient, communicating well and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dougie and the team went over and above to install a new boiler, radiators and thermostats throughout my property. And knocked it all out in 2 days. All work done to a high standard and very professional. I can highly recommend heatsafe

After receiving a favourable quote from Heatsafe to replace our faulty boiler an installation date was agreed however at short notice this was brought forward due to complete failure of existing system. Despite both engineers Dougie & Graeme being exceptionally busy they managed to fit us in two days early. From start to finish they were very professional, offered their advice, cleaned up after themselves and disposed of all rubbish.  A joy to work with who I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Good service from this company, from initial home visit to after fitting. Fitters were good, done a clean and tidy job.

Our old boiler was 40 years old but was still working, but was becoming a museum piece and beginning to make a noise. We decided to get a new heating system and found Heatsafe in Bonnybridge. Graeme and Dougie gave us quotes for 4 systems. We OK one and they installed the new system on the coldest days of December 22 fortunately they supplied 2 heaters. True professionals, Tidy, Recommend.

Just had an aging boiler and all our radiators (including towel rail) replaced by Graeme and the team. All work carried out professionally and in a friendly manner from the quote stage to completion. Called heatsafe with boiler problem over the weekend engineer arrived Monday explained the problem and located and fixed it would highly recommend this company give them a phone and see for yourself 👍

Dougie attended faulty boiler quickly, sorted the issue at a reasonable price.
Then when boiler needed replaced he provided a competitive price and he and Harry installed it in super quick time.
Very clean working area, no mess, took all scrap and rubbish away. Very pleased.
