Made an order and Had no update…

Made an order and Had no update on delivery, was meant to be 2-4 working days. When I rang up to get an update they couldn’t for fill the order and now waiting for a refund

You should have been notified sooner and this was on oversight on our end. Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Once you called, we did process the refund straight away. It does sometimes take a couple of days in the banking system once we process from our end but the money should be back in your account soon. Once again we apologise as it is not normal for us not to keep customers informed at each step of the process.

Great service

They managed to supply the boiler we wanted when no-one else could. And after some problems with their couriers, the manager personally delivered it to our house. Recommended.

I still haven't…

I received a telephone call the day after the purchase stating the item advertised is out of stock
I have heard nothing since..

Further to your reply I'm aware of the nationwide shortage and chose to purchase from you as your price seemed incredibly good.
Seems I'll have to buy from another merchant drastically more expensive and therefore would appreciate a refund.
Please let me know if there are any boilers available in future.
Thanks anyway.

1) There is a nationwide shortage of main boilers (and many other products).
2) We did not advertise the item as in stock.
3) We phoned you as soon as we received the order of the situation and waiting for your decision.
