First time of dealing with Hearing Aid Accessories, item ordered as shown in stock but when order went through got advised out of stock, however swift email sent and goods arrived on time, in perfect condition and good price, well recovered.

I thought the service given was excellent in every way. All my enquiries about the product were answered thoroughly. My discount was applied very quickly.

Beware you are ordering the correct product. Their website is inadequate in telling you which domes are compatible with which hearing aids. I bought product believing it to be correct but found it incompatible. Unfortunately this was not apparent without first opening the packaging, and a refund was denied.
Very poor communications. Chat works but emails are ignored and the phone would not connect. Emails claimed to have been sent to me never arrived, and yes I have check all spam and junk folders!
Looking for a more reliable supplier now!

What a brilliant company to deal with, fast and efficient service, I ordered the wrong power ear domes and because I did not open them I could return them. I rang this time and spoke with Joanne, she helped me in getting the correct ones. Will definitely use them again and certainly pass on their details on.

The product ordered was shipped in a timely manner. The prices are affordable as well.
