Good company

I always get quick service and if there is a delay with one of the products I ordered, I always get an alert and they give me an option to cancel that portion of the order if I don’t want to wait.

I love all the bulk naked soap but no shipping means ns

I love all the bulk naked soap I ordered but in your email you said I could free shipping on orders over $59.99 but had difficulty getting no shipping and then was told Canada Post wouldn’t Honor that anymore because I live in a rural area I DON’T live in a rural area I live in residential area in Dartmouth, NS

Too expensive

Used to have really competitive prices, now more expensive….i shop at Amazon for my supplements now and regular grocery stores for everything else….no incentive to shop there any more

This is appreciated feedback —

Since as customers/consumers ourselves, we understand the pricing increases impacting people — and we do care about our customers (honestly).

We're a very small team, and work in this industry because we care about it. We are trying to increase the volume/number of sales we do, as well as adding in more promotions for customers with accounts (like coupon codes, and discounts on "professional" naturopathic brands not available on Amazon).

I think a lot of people are swayed to Amazon based solely on a difference in the pricing they might see on a product or two (and note I've only noticed this for select products...many things like supplements or snacks, or groceries, I often find the price to be either the same, or comparable)... and they also don't have a lot of the same inventory from 3rd party-tested, accredited brands. And in general, this is unfortunate because they are a massive billion-dollar corporation that has the resources and leverage that a family owned/operated business focused *specifically* just on health foods/supplements does not (whereas a business like Amazon sells everything, acts as a 'marketplace' for other retailers, puts the increased costs on the vendors).

As a supplement/health food retailer, a lot of brands that manufacture/produce supplements have increased their costs steadily over the last few months (and compared to even a year ago), and this is why you've seen those increases lately across the board.

I am always pleased with Healthy Planet.
So easy to use their website, to keep a list of favourites, to place an order! If something is out of stock, you can receive an email notification when the item returns. I use the delivery service, which takes a few days but is always reliable.
