Your team is fully aware of poor packing! My items are NOT packed accordingly with common sense.
Heavy in separate box within the parcel OR bubble wrap. NO TAPE on liquid lids either. Just bubble or paper wrap!

Certainly, this is unacceptable -- I am genuinely sorry for this happening with your recent order, and I do see that my colleague has processed the refund for you on those items as requested.
Now, moving forward, I have indeed spoken to the specific packer who packaged your order (since they were 'newer') and had a conversation with Warehouse Operations as well in regard to this to ensure it does not continue to happen.
Generally speaking, our more experienced packers don't have this issue (even with larger orders containing a wide range of different items) -- and as you said -- it is common sense not to pack heavy items atop cardboard, light boxes which are easily crushed.

The only place with The Grain Escape bagels.
All grocery stores around us stopped carrying The Grain Escape bread and bagels. I have to order online from healthy planet now. These are the only gluten free bagels that are soy and gluten free and actually good.

This is appreciated feedback —
Since as customers/consumers ourselves, we understand the pricing increases impacting people — and we do care about our customers (honestly).
We're a very small team, and work in this industry because we care about it. We are trying to increase the volume/number of sales we do, as well as adding in more promotions for customers with accounts (like coupon codes, and discounts on "professional" naturopathic brands not available on Amazon).
I think a lot of people are swayed to Amazon based solely on a difference in the pricing they might see on a product or two (and note I've only noticed this for select products...many things like supplements or snacks, or groceries, I often find the price to be either the same, or comparable)... and they also don't have a lot of the same inventory from 3rd party-tested, accredited brands. And in general, this is unfortunate because they are a massive billion-dollar corporation that has the resources and leverage that a family owned/operated business focused *specifically* just on health foods/supplements does not (whereas a business like Amazon sells everything, acts as a 'marketplace' for other retailers, puts the increased costs on the vendors).
As a supplement/health food retailer, a lot of brands that manufacture/produce supplements have increased their costs steadily over the last few months (and compared to even a year ago), and this is why you've seen those increases lately across the board.
