The package never got to my house
The package never got to my house. Said it was delievered last week and I don’t have it. It’s really hard to get ahold of a human to help me out with this issue.

I do see you've been in contact with our Customer Service team (who are all indeed human!) —
My colleague, Suvi, replied a couple of days ago to verify the address and opened an investigation with Canada Post to try and locate the parcel (Service Ticket Reference #: 163676837).
We have seen some instances recently of them delivering to an incorrect mailbox or not leaving the key to receive the parcel, etc. — hence, we opened the investigation on our end to see if the delivery driver can go back and locate it, since this "should" technically be a lot faster (and more efficient) than us reshipping out the entire order from our end.
However, Canada Post *can* take a long time to resolve issues when they arise — and we have not had an update yet on this Service Ticket.
I see you just responded yesterday to the email we sent on the 26th, and my colleague Suvi will be replying back to that right now to let you know we are happy to process a reshipment for you on this and send it out with a different courier instead of Canada Post (i.e., Purolator or FedEx). For this reshipment, you would receive an updated email with a new tracking number.

Excellent products and efficient delivery
Prices are on par with other sources but I use Healthy Planet exclusively because they have online ordering and excellent delivery timing

1st time ordering. Liquid product was well packaged. They used Can post which is better for me. Order info and Tracking provided after a few days. Dont expect immediate turnaround

Horrible customer service
You sent me no indication that you were out of stock of something that I ordered until a full week later... then I contacted your horrific customer service people to be told that I was sent an email... I was not... but had I been, I would have replied asking to get 2 more of the other sunscreen that I ordered... Now i am getting my other items late and i have to scramble to get the sunscreen... I also went on today and guess what... the item that I ordered is in fact available online but I had to spend more $$$ so I could get the shipping (sadly this is the place I can find this) but after I get it I will stop shoping at the store and online and stick to wholefoods... dont waste your time here!

They are a Canadian company who have a wide range of organic food staples and hypoallergenic cleaners and toiletries. Shipping within Canada is free if you spend over $60, but expensive at less than that. Everything arrives in good condition.
