Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 8,215 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the wide variety of products available, often at competitive prices, making it a go-to for vitamins, supplements, and healthy living items. The ordering process is described as easy and efficient, with many appreciating the convenience of online shopping and the ability to find specific items not available elsewhere. Reviewers frequently highlight the fast and reliable delivery service, noting that products arrive quickly and in excellent condition, often with good packaging. However, some people mentioned issues with delivery, including packages being sent to the wrong address or delays, and a few noted that delivery drivers sometimes redirect packages to post offices instead of delivering them directly. There were also occasional complaints about items being out of stock after an order was placed, leading to cancellations and refunds, and some felt that product quality or packaging could be improved.

My order was delivered to wrong addresses, but no staff took action to settle it down.

My order was delivered to wrong address.
I received an email from Health Planet on June 22 2026, stating that my order has been delivered; however, I didn't receive it. I read the Canada Post Delivery notification, I found that they delivered it to the wrong address.
I requested a fully refund , because I found it's not my fault.

Then, I sent WhatsApp to customer service, however they didn’t help me to find out the reason why I hadn’t received my order yet, even I showed them evidence.
Please let me know how I can do in the next for proceeding refund, thank you.
MY LITTLE COMMENT: *** It's my first time placing an order with your company; however, the experience made me quite frustrated.***

Hi Rachel,

Please do give us some time to investigate with Canada Post and reply back to your initial email message that was just sent yesterday — which was a holiday.

I can understand personally how frustrating things like this can be, as unfortunately when we pass off parcels to the shipping courier (in this case, Canada Post), the remainder of the delivery process is in their hands, and we do unfortunately sometimes have delivery issues with them and other companies, as the drivers do make delivery errors. Certainly, if this was the case, we can refund or replace the order for you — that's not a problem.

However, we were closed yesterday for Canada Day and have just seen the message now, so we will still need to follow up with them from our end to begin the process.

Sincerely,
Nicholas

Service was excellent, product contained undisclosed sulfites

Product arrived quickly. I'm happy with that. However this product: Vitalux Advanced SoftGel contains undisclosed sulfites. I am very allergic to sulfites. It only took 3 days for me to develop a nasty rash. As soon as I stopped taking this Vitalux product, the rash started to fade.

Hi Georgia,

Thank you for this feedback about the product! — And certainly a fair warning to others who may be sensitive to sulphites.

As far as I can tell, looking at the ingredients, I don't see anything that would normally contain sulphites (especially since the Zeaxanthin and Lutein are sourced from marigold and not shellfish or seaweed in this case).

Although, I suppose there's always the risk of cross-contamination according to a quick search online: "Dried flowers, herbal teas, and extracts are prone to cross-contamination or process-related exposure. Many dried herbs and botanicals are processed in factories that handle, or are exposed to trace, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (at concentrations often greater than 10mg/kg)."

Please do reach out to our Customer Service via support@healthyplanetcanada.com if you need to arrange for a return of the product, even if it's opened; we can still always arrange for a return and online store credit if you have no use for the product given the reaction.

Sincerely,
Nicholas

The delivery driver once again refused…

The delivery driver once again refused to buzz my unit and deliver my package directly to me, even though I waited all day for its arrival. Instead, the package was sent to the local post office at Conestoga Mall, forcing me to walk there to pick it up.

There appears to be a lack of communication between Healthy Planet and the postal service regarding delivery instructions. This is not the first time a delivery driver has failed to deliver a package to me in person and has instead redirected it to the local post office without attempting proper delivery.

Lately, it seems the postal service is no longer providing the level of service customers expect. Delivery drivers often refuse to complete deliveries properly, and instead of attempting to deliver packages to the recipient, they redirect them to the local post office for pickup. It feels as though customer service has declined, with little effort being made to complete deliveries as instructed.

I am genuinely very sorry for this experience, honestly.

Please understand that this has nothing to do with a lack of communication from our end to Canada Post regarding delivery instructions.

We never, under any circumstances, advise them to deliver to a PO.

The details that you indicate/include on the "shipping address" details as a customer (including buzzer code, directions like please safe drop, etc.) are always included and generated on the label and directed to Canada Post when we ship the order. The driver does not always follow them, and we only find this out after-the-fact, once a customer such as yourself reaches out to us. And we've reported this to them countless times.

Even in cases where an order gets delivered to a Post Office but the customer is unable to pick it up due to a disability or mobility issue — Canada Post often gives us a very hard time and does not properly reattempt delivery directly to the address.

We've noticed an increase in this from Canada Post more recently — and it seems to coincide with their move away from 'home parcel & mail delivery' and the push to have everything sent to either a community mailbox or a Post Office.

We are trying to diversify our courier options because of these recurring issues and are starting to implement other courier services for delivery instead of relying on Canada Post so predominantly.

The only problem is that right now, if you qualify for free shipping and select that $0 option instead of a "paid" courier option, it's 'automated' based on address — so it may automatically end up going out by Canada Post.

That being said, if you give us a call or send us a quick email after placing your order with a request to ship via Purolator or Intelcom/Dragonfly (essentially just to avoid Canada Post), we can certainly do so for your order at no extra cost across all your future orders.

Sincerely,
Nicholas
