Ameer was great!
With me being in Malaysia Ameer was very kind and understanding with the time difference. He thoroughly explained all of the information to me and made sure I understood the criteria. He helped navigate through the portal before just letting me jump into things which helped. I am really excited to start the program and can’t wait for what the future holds!

So far so great! Ameer has been super helpful with answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail. I’ve started navigating around the modules the past few days and the program has made it so easy to study. And above all, it’s a very affordable and flexible program!!!

Farzeen was very friendly, patiently answered my questions, guided me in a professional manner through the orientation and her voice was very clear and so were the instructions. . I am very pleased with the one on one approach the academy is implementing. It builds confidence in me about the intentionality of the program which is making sure the students pass the exams and get certified.

Very quick, professional and easy process with Aafia

Sounds very promising, but I am hoping that clinical site accept us. I am currently in the Surgical Tech program. Wish me luck because I'm also a BSN student..trying to stay a float. Doing this program I am praying to help me pay for my nursing.

Farzeen which the lady did my orientation is very thorough and she guided me steps by steps about the program and all the resources that is available to me, and what I like about her is that her voice sounded very friendly and willing to answer any question that I may have.

Great experience quick and thorough

I have been looking into doing more in the medical/dental field for a long time. This has been such a great way for me to switch from dental to medical in such a short amount of time. Sid And Ameer has been so great with being informative and just giving me the guidance I need to reach my full potential. They are great with reaching back and help me with any questions, even though I feel like they've probably answered it before, they reassure that it's ok and that's what they're here for. Will definitely recommend. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is because I do not have the actual book in hand. We have to print it on our own, which is kind of a hassle for those who do not have printers or can't make it to the print store. There are a few glitches on the website but have sent it over to the tech team and they have been able to resolve any issues that I've had within the website. Other than that, so far so good. Will write another review as I start to finish my surgical tech classes.

I just had an amazing appointment with Farzeen. She was kind, caring and able to answer all my questions. She put much of my anxiety at ease and reassured me that I was making a great decision. Thank Farzeen, you are such a beautiful soul .

Overall my experience was good. I will be returning for future training. I highly recommend if you need something quick to complete your certifications. The turn around time for a response is quick and same day.

Aafia was kind and thorough during my orientation.

Absolutely horrible school. There is no one around that will offer your clinical hours. They tell you they will help but when you sign the contract they tell you "you have to do all that leg work". Don't let them scam you with a "free" laptop either I was sent a refurbished one from 2010 that barley worked. When I complained they sent another of the exact same one. All I want is a refund because they tell you that they are accredited but the reality is that's only if your doing CEUs.
Don't make the same mistake I did. This is a scam.

Edit: way to try to make yourselfs look good. The laptop issue took about 3 weeks and 3 different laptops to get right. I WAS told that placement in externship was guaranteed weather you want to admit it or not. Also your sorry for the inconvenience? You are not you have my money and that's all that matters to you. I will be filing with small claims court and reporting to the BBB.

During my orientation, Aafia was very polite. She made sure I understood everything about the program and what to expect. She answered every question I had, and explained it very well.

My time at HealthTech Academy has been a great experience. Everyone has been attentive to all of my needs and concerns. Being able to complete this course on my own time has been awesome. Being a mom of 3 and going to work has its challenges. If I can do it, so can you.
