Good only in theory
Ineffective, unnecessarily complicated admin. Every time it takes over half an hour to get the phone answered, only to hear that I have to wait for them to call me, regardless the reason of my call. Helpline staff is useless. I have been waiting for 9 days to have an urgent prescription processed, and its status is still pending. The advisor keeps saying that someone will call me back, and they never do. In the first place, why to waste time for phone calls if everything should be arranged online? I am really disappointed. They are wasting my time and stressing me out.
