I would prefer to give 0 Stars. Shocking service. They have not helped to try track down my order which has been missing since ordering early October. It has now been 6 months. I have written 3x, without response other than an automated email. Effectively they have stolen

I used to order from them back in 2019, for many years and I was very happy, but then someone else took over and it went downhill.... charging for postage £6 -

Ordered products last year october: no replies to emails: no refund: they used to be good company but since covid theyve gone downhill shame!!

I will never order from this company again placed an order back in october and still havent recived my goods or a refund apperentley i cant have a refund because my goods have been dispatched and my order is in transit is the relpy i get when they can be bothered to reply .coivd is the reason why the order as been just under 6 months in transit

Absolutely appalling service. I placed an order in November 2020.

I received an email in November to say my order had been dispatched but have NEVER received my order. I have sent several emails requesting when to expect delivery but 4 months later, I am still yet to receive an answer or even an offer a refund.

Health Monthly are a disgrace and I will never use them again. Please do not place any orders with them as they will simply just take your money without supplying any goods.

Order placed in November 2020 still not arrived four months later.

My order never arrived, they don't refund me!

The order is 2180820, it cost me £55.24 and they are not refunding me.

I've sent multiple emails, no answer.

This is a SCAM!

I managed to get a refund for 100 Euros from Paypal, thanks only to Paypal.
One order was not refunded since they already entered bankruptcy, around 40 euros....
They were always slow and late but they delivered and that did the trick of long wait and hoping, one waited and got nothing...

I'm still waiting for my order last year October I email them but no answer what a shame!

Incredibly bad - been scammed by them. I am 78 - order never received. They have to live with what they've done to people like me who trusted them.
Avoid at all costs. Makes me cry thinking about it. Took my money and sent me nothing. How could they?

They are bankrupt but keep taking peoples orders and money. Needless to say if you order anything from them you won't get the order or your money back.

I ordered and they say it was sent on 8 Nov,2020 but nothing after chasing them many times, luckily it was not a big amount of money.

Place an order on 31/10/2020.... still haven’t received my order, and no response from the company. Avoid at all costs

Placed and payed for an order in November. Health monthly didn't say at the time that they didn't have the items but still took my money. It's a scam. Many companies are doing this at present. Take your money and then weeks or months later tell you that they can't supply the goods. Meanwhile they have your money to invest and make money. Sent health monthly emails and just receive a standard reply and no follow up.

Same as nearly all the reviews before. Ordered in November, products not delivered, complained several times but no response. This company is a scam save yourself losing your money and don,t buy from this company. They never deliver

Very disappointing. No goods received but paypal came up trumps and handled everything for me and issued a refund.

Absolutely no response apart from automated email. Ordered back in November now want my money back
