I mistakingly ordered a subscription rather than a one off order. I emaîled Healthletic and within one hr they responded. Several hours later my issue was escalated and totally resolved and I received a credit. I found them great to deal with, very courteous and professional.

Unfortunately I couldn't continue my subscription to Healthletic due to medical reasons. When I contacted them by email I explained my issues and I immediately received a message from Chelsea letting me know that they would not only cancel my subscription but would give me a complete refund. I then received another shipment. I emailed again and Charina gave me instructions how to return the unused bottle. Everything went beautifully and I am totally impressed with the customer service. The Healathletic team was incredibly kind and understood my concerns. Thank you for your care.

Hopefully will turn to a 5. Trying the product out. One minor complaint though... I hate it when a business puts a discount code prominently on the screen then when you go to buy you get a message "that discount doesn't apply to what you ordered..."

I tried to order these products and got nothing but grief from Healthletic. They said two shipments of BONE were delivered to my home address, but I got NEITHER. When I communicated several times with customer reps they insisted I had received these orders because their tracking said so. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm left with no recourse other than to file a fraud claim with my credit card. I would warn anyone not to risk sending money to this company.
Scam and Delay Tactics
I placed an order May 12. I contacted them after 3 weeks asking status of my shipment. They said they would provide priority to my shipment. I waited a couple more days and contact them again. I asked for a refund. They tried delaying longer. I demanded a refund and again they stated they would place immediate priority to my order. I replied again demanding refund and cancel order. I ended up having to go to my credit card company and disputing the charge. This is a scam.

I was auto subscribed and can't quit
I was auto subscribed into a renewing subscription to BPC 157. I never signed up for that. Now I'm asking to be removed and I get an email bot saying they can't find my account. I'll probably have to call my credit card company to stop the payments because these guys are based in lithuania ... and if their sales practices are this shady - doen't give me much faith for whats in the bottle.
