LOVE LOVE LOVE these wigs! Hazell wigs has so many fun colors and I love all the styling. I am so excited to get my new wig in the mail soon! These wigs are great, I took some sheering scissors to mine to help with any tangles or frizz and that worked. I always love to support a small business! I would say my only thing is, when I had long, thick hair I felt that the wig didn't fit me as well, and the precut bangs would ride up HOWEVER I never took the effort to pin my hair down. Now that I am bald I think they are so low effort and amazing! 😂

I’ve bought a few wigs from Hazell Wigs and OMG! I love them all so much, they’re pretty, breathable, and adjustable! Not to forget that they’re customizable as well, they’re everything I could ask for in a wig!

Product arrived, user happy so far. Seller could reply to queries faster than in three days, and tracking number should be shared with customer.

I've been ordering from Hazell Wigs for the better part of a year now and its honestly my go to for great looking daily wigs. The wigs are superb, super soft and easy to maintain. The wigs themselves can also be further customized when ordering them (ie. Length, bangs, curls, etc.) to suit your preferences.

But they have great customer service because they will send the right wig for free. The other ones I can keep also.

Superb Service from someone who knows how to run their own business. Hazell is very communitive with any issues or questions that arise & being around Christmas you could only imagine the delivery service was as to be expected, not that well noted & running behind on estimated delivery times, the company used for delivery were not the best at communicating with updates (usa) but when the wig finally arrived it was immaculate & fitted just as the photo was shown on her website. A big thank you to Hazell for smashing her independent business but also delivering what is shown on her website. Will be purchasing more from her in future without a doubt as my partner was very pleased with the product.

the 3 wigs i ordered were BOTCHED the bangs weren't even and were wayy to short (trim yourself option they didn't touch my eyebrows on all 3) didn't receive the wig bag i bought. havent gotten a refund in over a month. i sent them back already. if you notice she never really shows you hair lines or a clean break in the wig in a different spot and that's because they're THIN which is good for beginner wigs and the price i just wish she was most transparent about that and shows us the back of the wigs, way too often you focus on your face when i want to see a 360 of the wig. they're amazing beginner friendly wigs just know what youre looking for

This shop is amazing! The wigs are high quality, a good value, and ship quickly. There's a wide selection, and the owner is so kind! Plus, she often runs sales and discounts if you keep an eye on her instagram. It's really appreciated for girlies on a budget like me!

Owner was very kind and helpful with everything. She answered all of my questions and was very willing to help out with an issue with shipping. The wig is beatiful and looks amazing, definitely would order again.

It never arrived. I contacted support but received no reply. However, I did receive several emails asking me to review the product. (which I never received) Furthermore, the tracking information also tells me that my package has arrived. €100 for nothing. (I ordered a total of 3 wigs)

I received a response immediately after my review. There were problems with the shipment tracking, which have now been resolved. Plus my email ended up in her spam folder.
I will revise the review as soon as the product arrives.

I have three wigs from Hazell Wigs and am about to buy my fourth! Seriously the highest quality wigs I've ever bought, along with the best prices! Met them at a festival while we were vending neighbors and she is such an incredibly kind person, so glad to have found this company & small business owner! She was very communicative about time sensitive deadlines when I needed my order for an event, as well as figuring out a mix up with some accessories I placed for a separate order.
Grateful to have found high quality and affordable wigs from a small business since I'm growing out my hair and not wanting to dye my natural hair, but I still get to have fun and colorful hair for events! 15/10 would recommend this small business

Had some hiccups with shipping (all related to the shipping service such as long delays, no new tracking numbers provided when switching couriers etc) but I reached out and got amazing customer support! The wigs arrived a little rugged but again probably due to the long shipping time. They easily detangle and are easy to style and put on! Which is very nice since I’m a noob in wigs. Very happy customer here!!

So natural looking! I love dying my hair but it is so damaged and thin, I needed to stop. I cannot wait to add more and more wigs to my every-day life!
