Not impressed. The quality of your shirts are very very disappointing. My logo is blurred. I went to two companies with my logo for gold shirts and the other company ROCKED it! I can send photos of yours and theirs if you like. And you can see the quality difference hands down.

Dad loved it!
Vinco was amazing to work with! I needed a Civil Air Patrol (branch of the Air Force) shirt for Christmas. The Vinco crew made it super easy to figure out the design. My dad received it as a Christmas gift, which made him tear up!

I have ordered several custom shirts…
I have ordered several custom shirts with our team logo for our coaches to wear on the sidelines this upcoming season. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was incredibly intuitive and easy. Within hours after submitting our logo and selecting the shirt/print we wanted to use (and we used several different prints), we received two sample photos of what the shirt will look like with our logo and immediately approved the "proof" each time. We were also impressed with the final product as the shirts came true to size, look and feel. The logo, even when it is on a seam or over the front buttons, matched up perfectly with the other side which is a testament to the care and craftsmanship that VinCo employs with their products. We will be ordering more.

Fantastic Shirts
We went to Hawaii to celebrate a friend's milestone birthday. Of course, this meant that we needed Hawaiian shirts with his face on them for the trip. Found a print that I liked that was 100% cotton, sent them a picture and they sent back a mockup of what it would look like. The actual shirts were even better in person. Well made and everyone I spoke with at the company was friendly and professional.

My friend showed me a shirt from Vinco and it was so awesome & funny that I had to order some for both of my son-in laws!
The whole process was so easy to upload my favorite funny photos. When the shirts arrived, they were a big hit!!! The boys were so surprised and loved the face pictures on the shirts. Even better was the quality of the shirts, I was surprised that something I had never ordered before was even better than I thought it would be!
I'll be ordering a few more for my daughters now! It's a great gift, very personalized and fun!!!

Slow ordering / Shipping time
Item was ordered 12/1/24. Did not arrive until 12/26. Item was said to have a 6 - 9 day shipping time. Customer service was not helpful and ignored my last email asking for an update.
Overall, shirt was in acceptable condition and well packaged.

Great customer service and swim suits
Great customer service and swim suits. I ordered a swimsuit and it was lost during shipping. Ashley in customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care. I love the swim suit and will definitely shop with VinCo again. It's hard to find people that take the extra steps to make their customers happy.

Underwhelmed by the overall customer service.
This was a bad shopping experience for me. I ordered a shir and a top on May 23 and received two shirts on June 12th. It was not a huge deal because I still had over a month before I needed to wear them. I contacted customer service and received a response via text from Harley. He apologized and said that they would make the shorts and give me a 10% discount on my order. Three weeks went by, and I still had not received or heard anything, so I reached out. After several days I heard back from Harley saying that they had made the shorts, but they had been missed in the shipments sent out and that it was now too late for me to receive them on time. I asked if I could have them expressed shipped and he said they could do that but still could not guarantee that I would get them in time. I told him that if I couldn’t get them in time there was no need to send them and to please refund my money. Again, Harley apologized and said that they would refund me. It has now been three weeks and I still have not received my credit The only positive thing I can say is that the product I did received was really cute.
Update
Several hours after posting this I was contacted and my refund was processed. I really really hate having to go this far to get things resolved. Claire was very helpful and efficient.
