Terrible Experience
Asked at Konya airport if the Havas bus stopped at Mevlana and the man handling the tickets said it did. Paid 50 TL and rode the entire bus journey, only to find out the bus doesn’t stop at mevlana at all. The bus driver was extremely unhelpful and I ended up stranded, 30 minutes away from my intended destination, in a country where I don’t speak to language and a city I have never been to before. Awful experience.

Havas- ground service Dalaman Airport19.04.2023-Havas charged £40 a British elderly passenger age 84+(with back pain, heart arrhythmia and inability to walk long distances) on the flight EZY2144 to Manchester, for a cabin luggage with wheels( he came in holiday with THE SAME luggage, under the seat ). After I payed £40 , I asked the Havas woman to help him to board the luggage on the CABIN as they knew his seat number .The Havas woman asked for additional £8 !!Havas let the elderly person to carry alone his luggage through Dalaman airport- till the plane, leading him to discomfort/ inconvenience and putting his health at risk. Havas, Turkish ground handling, offers rudeness and insensitivity through too much makeup women employers.
