Another great delivery from Culligan Harvey! Our delivery driver Stuart Chapman is always so kind and helpful, professional but really friendly too, he even carries our packs of salt to our garage every time we order! He’s a real gentleman. My wife was home alone and the delivery driver was exceptionally polite, introduced himself clearly, and asked exactly where she’d like everything placed. He then carried the salt inside, stacked it neatly in the hallway, and left no bulky boxes or mess behind.
He even provided a helpful leaflet on water softener after‑care plans — a small touch that shows real attention to customer experience.
This level of care genuinely makes Harvey stand out. We’re extremely impressed and will definitely order again. Highly recommended..
