I am somewhat surprised to receive an…
I am somewhat surprised to receive an invitation to rate Harvey water today when it was installed many months ago - slightly confused?
In any case, I can give them nothing but 5 stars because (from memory!) the entire process was flawless. It is a fantastic product and works very well indeed. If I have one gripe, it would be that the salt blocks themselves in my humble opinion would or should I say should be the cheapest from Harvey themselves, however I have found them cheaper from alternative suppliers which is weird because they are original manufacturer sundries.
In any case, the softener is excellent and I cannot give anything less than 5 stars especially as they de-installed and removed my old one.

Great Job
From Frank coming to our property showing us the demo & explaining the details thoroughly of the water softener / filter system to Jacob installing the system has been faultless. Jacob didn't have an easy task ahead of him with re-piping, reinstalling a butler sink and reconfigurating a unit but nothing was too much trouble. He talked me through everything and made sure all was to our satisfaction. He showed complete confidence and professionalism throughout the job and explained everything. Many Thanks guys. This was a reinstall service
This was a reinstall service. The installer Ben was awesome . Pure craftsmanship. Would have given 5 star just for Ben . However 4 star because the customer care service line needs improvement. Too much followup needed to add simple stuff into service list .
