Issue resolved same day
I have my tap got snapped off and called the customer care of Harveys/Culligan. Rory is really helpful and understanding the issue. He later followed up email and upon investigating the pictures he gave me suggestion that made me how to fix the issue on my own and he also send me the particular part (rather me buying entire tap) in RM first class. could not ask for more.Thanks again

I’m getting a new bathroom installed…
I’m getting a new bathroom installed and I was hoping to avoid water spots and deal with hard water. As a chartered engineer, I did a lot of digging into water softeners, looking at how efficient they are, their impact on the environment, how well they work, and the latest engineering advances. I then put all that knowledge into AI and had a good chat about what I needed. The result was a Harvey Water Softener. It might not be the cheapest upfront, but it’s much better for the environment and your health because you can actually drink the water in most cases. So, with that decision made, Ben F came over to install today. I was happy that on a Sunday evening, he messaged me to confirm he was coming and asked for any pictures to help him plan if he needed to buy anything on the way. That’s really good. He arrived right on time, took a good look around, chatted with me, understood my needs, and then left it to him. He knew I was quite particular, so he involved me every step of the way. His installation was perfect, with proper crimp tools for copper pipes and the best practices. The installation was neat and well-designed. He gave me a brilliant briefing and installed the new three-way kitchen tap with filter to perfection. I was so pleased. This company and its people are top-notch.

Poor warranty repair committment
a new unit was installed Nov25. on 26th July'26 I reached out to notify fault with the machine dispensing hard water. I have been offered a date for engineer visit 27th Aug.26. The product is within warranty and a 30 day wait is unreasonable by the Consumer Rights Act. Despite my written complaint on 28th July to the customer care, no response has been received. It took them 1 week to instal a new unit but for a warranty claim of their product not meeting performance standards, I need to wait for 30 days for remediation......Beware of this supplier. Poor customer care and arrogance displayed. It's a case of 'our way or the highway' in dealing with customer complaints even within the warranty period. No commitment to extend warranty during the wait period during which damage is being caused.

Connection to app doesn’t work
Water softener works well. However I have to keep checking it has salt in it as the wireless connection to the unit doesn’t connect to the app. Which is actually why I went with this unit in the first place.
The tap they installed is still wobbly. Overall for the price, not value for money
