Delivery was fast
Delivery was fast, 2 lads were great and nothing was a bother so I gave them 2 ice creams as weather impossibly warm for lugging heavy stuff around

The lads phoned me at 8am they arrived…
The lads phoned me at 8am they arrived at 8.30. They assembelled the bed and were gone by 9am.they took away all the packaging and left the house spotless.what more could you ask for....truly professional courteous lads who are a credit to the company.one lads name is luke but i didnt get the other lads name but both were thorough gentlemen .

Click and collect for a robot
Got click and collect for a robot vacuum/mop, staff all directed me to the right place and the item was brought out quickly. Was offered assistance to bring it to the car. Easy process. Would get from them again.

Item was ordered and ready to be collected within the hour.
The only confusing thing i found was at the cashier desk it says Click & Collect. When i went there the guy asked me what i ordered and then told me to go to one of the people in that area to get if for me. So what is the point in waiting to speak to someone at the cash desk to be sent elsewhere. I've not seen this approach before. Doesn't create a good customer journey in my opinion.

When I rang they said they hadn't it in stock. Which I then had to travel to blanchardstown to get it.

Large cooker delivery
Communication with the shop on when the cooker was to deliver could have been better. The delivery men
were very diligent about how they brought the cooker in and mindful of my walls and furniture I was very grateful for this consideration

antastic delivery service from Harvey Norman yesterday! The team arrived right on time and were professional and courteous from start to finish. I was especially impressed that they put a protective mat down on the hall floor before bringing the sofa in.

Property damage unsolved
When the staff brought the new fridge/freezer inside, they broke one of our pendant lamps by mistake. They made me sign the papers, without telling me that there is a customer section, where you can report this kind of issues (I wasn't aware of this section). Without giving me solutions, they just apologies and left. After that I realised that any damage caused to the property can be reported to the company.
