I was making purchases in Harvey Norman Airfield/Swords. Huge shoutout to James for sorting out our appliances and TV! An absolute legend! He really knows his stuff, kept communication effortless, and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend getting him for your electronics needs!

Had an issue with a nespresso purchase. Jo in this department was so helpful in resolving the issue but also going to the extra mile to get me sorted to register the new product. A credit to the shop, friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.

I have just purchased a Haier fridge/freezer from Airside branch and had to leave a top notch review for the delivery guys Daniel and Adam. They were truly professional and experts at what they do! Daniel in particular was so friendly and very experienced! Bravo 👏

Had a great experience at Harvey Norman. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole shopping experience very easy. A special mention to Subbu, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the options without any pressure.

Paul and Martin rang in advance and arrived within the time window promised.

They were very friendly and efficient delivering and setting up. They took away as packaging and left everywhere clean.

Zack and Dusan were fantastic,very polite informative and nothing was to much and wouldn't leave till we were happy,highly recommend.

They rang me before hand to make sure everything was ready and were in and out in no time

Brilliant service! Ducan called ahead to say when they would arrive, the three lads arrived when expected, and were so conscientious - checking in with me about what I wanted where, putting down protection for floors, using the three of them to get the suite of furniture in through halls and doors without any bumping or bother. They made up the furniture, tested it fully, took away all the packaging and were cheerful and friendly, making sure I was happy with everything before leaving - a very different experience from other delivery services I’ve encountered from other providers recently. An excellent, professional service. In particular, Zach’s whole approach, to his work, his men and his customers, impressed me hugely.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was exemplary service and deserves recognition.

We visited your Airside store last night and today with the view to buying a new TV and soundbar, I have to say the young man, James, who assisted us, is an absolute credit to your store, he was polite, mannerly and very informative, it was a pleasure to deal with him and we will certainly look for him in future when the need arises

Delight with the Ava sofa bed, the staff were great from Frank in the shop to Paul & Dylan who delivered and assembled it 👍

Bought a Samsung TV 50” at €799 online only to be told 5 mins after purchasing that the item was not in stock. I requested an immediate refund which has take 7 days to be actioned and now I have been told I need to wait a further 5 days to receive in account. I received very poor customer experience following purchase with false promises as to when the refund would be actioned and no responses when emailed to enquire on the status. Very very disappointing experience.

Paul and Dylan took great care entering my home with the delivery. They are very friendly and I would recommend them and Harvey Norman to anyone.

Dealt with a lovely lady in their store: Airside, Swords. She was exceptionally efficient and polite. Sorry I didn't get her name. When the table was delivered it was done so by two gentlemen, Ryan and Dylan. In an age where good manners are fast disappearing it was great to see two young men who worked so hard and remained pleasant and courteous. If I were their employer, I'd be working very very hard to keep these three people. Thanks again.

Very impressed by the sales advice I received from Justin on purchasing a new phone. Professional, friendly and courteous. Not hard sell at all, listened to what I had in mind and helped me choose the right solution for me.

The delivery tracker was brilliant. Old cooker disconnected and new one installed within 30 minutes. All packaging taken away. Great service.

I was in Harvey Norman Airside Swords yesterday. I have to say it was a great experience the Lady who served me Jackie was brilliant. She was extremely helpful, honest and knowledgeable and she was also a genuienly lovely person. I'm delighted with my purchases. Thanks very much Jackie 🤗🤗🤗

I bought a new Tv from swords branch Friday last
I was fortunate to meet James Neary
A most helpful young man ,made you feel confident about the product.
When he came to check stock there was several available but to his disappointment not in the store .
Hé was v apologetic but reassured me he would collect one from stock on his break & delivered it to my home so I pd immediately.
James did more than work & I feel hé is a Hugh addition to your staff
Two days later i also purchased an air fryer from him .knowing I would have confidence again I choose the most suitable for me .

My Sony Bravia KD-50x75WL broke down less than 3 years old. I put in a fault report provided details and received email promise to contact me within 24hrs. After a few days I followed up with email. Only silence from HN. I expected better .

Have been using them for years for anything ive needed from furniture to house appliances and presents too , Ive had massive help from Solomon in the Tech department and David in the furniture department
