I had paid €99 to have the A team sent…
I had paid €99 to have the A team sent out to take off the doors as the B team said they could not get the fridge through my garden gate.
The A team turned up on time and said there's no need to take off the doors. It'll fit through no problem if we lift it up a bit.
So the A team turned out to be the A+++ team. The B team, well let's not go there.
Three cheers for the A+++ team. Great lads.

Swift delivery, came on day and time they said they would. Installed everything, took old machine and all wrappings. Very satisfied.

Click and collect. Excellent
Easy ordering. Pleasant staff. Prompt service in the shop once I found the right place. Only gripe? The sign at the door for click and collect should be MUCH BIGGER. I hung around the service desk waiting for the only employee there, who was busy with another customer. I finally interrupted and asked if this was the click and collect. He pointed me to the door at the back of the shop. That information could have been provided in the confirmation email. Or one of the employees standing idle could have come over and asked if I needed service.

No show for the Package
No show.
I was waiting in the car for over 15 minutes, no one showed up as per the email, felt kind of embarrassed.
Had to walk in myself to the store and the usual process. It did not work out as instructed in the email instructions.

Great value find!
I was lucky to find a sofa bed in the winter sale that suited my requirements completely, size, dimensions, colour and price. The Furniture Manager in the store was very helpful. Delivery was quick, efficient and professional.
