Simple ordering online and collection…
Simple ordering online and collection service. Purchased laptop and was exactly as expected so all good. Price was higher than available elsewhere but needed a particular spec which was not available elsewhere , so thats the only downside - but no complaints and would recommend

Eufy video doorbell. Paid €100 for installation. Didn't connect to wiring. Phoned store and asked for advice. No response. Very poor service.

Terrible communication with customers
Terrible communication with customers, they can be rude and impolite, they cheat by delaying goods for a certain date, I had a terrible phone conversation with a certain Conor for getting information about my order!

Good service
I have bought a number of items from Harvey Norman over the years. Bedding, electrical, TV and phones. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and polite. I had bought a chair last week, but after bringing it home, I discovered a small tear in the fabric. I emailed the store and within two hours I received a phone call from a very pleasant woman who managed to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
