Absolutely misleading item description

I purchased a Shearling Jacket via the Harry Rosen Internet site. The jacket's description clearly says that the outer is leather and the inner is shearling, and there is nothing in the description that suggests that both are, as a matter of fact, faux. I could only learned this once I received the jacket.
They waisted my time and energy since I had to go to the Canada Post office to send the jacket back, but most importantly, they completely ruined my holidays mood because this jacket was intended as a gift for my husband, and by the time I received it, it was already too late to look for something else.

Worst experience at a store ever

I went into Harry Rosen on boxing day to return a pr of hugo boss boots bought for my husband for Christmas. It was too big but he loved it so much I ordered 2 prs on harry rosen website in 2 colors. After driving and fighting for parking the store at square one refused to process the return because it was boxing day. The absolute rudest manager Justin was condescending and dismissive. Showed no empathy and no concern that my husband was standing there as he turned his back on me and said he doesn't have time to argue about a return. I showed them that I ordered 2 extra pairs and explained that we would appreciate him processing the return. He told us if we are not satisfied we can leave. We were shocked that he walked away and told us it's our choice whether we decide to shop there in the future. The worst treatment ever. Will be canceling both orders and will never buy another gift there again for my husband after such humiliating experience.

Extremely slow service. Avoid!

Placed an order for in-store pick-up and a week later the order is still "in processing". I leave the country tomorrow so there's no point in proceeding. They basically sat on the order for the week and didn't bother processing it. Horrible customer service for a company that's supposed be be premium.

Today

Today, I visited Harry Rosen at Crossiron Mills. Babita K, the sales adviser, whom I first met and provided us with excellent customer service and happily helped me with my purchase, I will definitely be back for more clothing. Thank you for Babita K.

Farid is amazing

Farid is amazing. We truly trust him and he was extremely patient and kind. His guidance not only on our recent visit but on visits before have been on point. My man always looks good in the selections we make. Farid came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. Not many people are that committed to their work. It’s nice to see!

I recently bought a suit at Harry Rosen - Yorkdale store. I was assisted by Cory Grafstein, one of the store associates. Cory was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After a couple of alterations, the suit fits great. I enjoyed working with Cory and recommend that you ask for him if you visit this location. You won’t be disappointed.

I have travelled the world and would…

I have travelled the world and would say the finest mens store is Harry Rosen in Yorkville Toronto. There simply isn't a better place in New York or Miami or London or dare I saw Rome. Great clothes. It's a joy to shop there. Oh and ask for Raymond as a salesman. Awesome guy with impeccable taste. I have shopped at this store for decades and always drop in when i visit Toronto.

Unbeatable quality

Unbeatable quality. Expensive but totally worth it. Great customer service.
Delivery within the greater Montreal area could be faster. The price of goods warrants special delivery rather than relying on Canada Post’s woeful lack of alacrity.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN THE INDUSTRY

I purchased a shirt 2 weeks ago through the online Harry Rosen store.The payment was quick to go through on my credit card but the order was stuck in the processing stage for 2 days before I decided to call an agent. The agent apologized for any inconvenience and told me this issue would be resolved. I then called 2 or 3 days later because the order was still "processing" and I was assisted by the 2nd agent who then told me the exact same thing as the previous agent. Again, another 3 days had passed so I decided to try my luck with a live customer service agent via email. She took a couple days to respond and finally told me that they will be cancelling my order (AFTER TWO WEEKS OF POOR COMMUNICATION) and I can re-purchase the item if I would like? Please note that I had purchased this item under the 20% extra discount, which was due to be expired on August 17 and they cancelled my order the day after the expiration date of the sale. So if I wanted to re-purchase the item I would lose out on the extra 20% off. Im at disbelief they wouldn't offer any compensation whatsoever and just decided to cancel my order with no communication or approval. This is the WORST customer service I have experienced in the industry.

Excellent experience from start to finish

Recently got custom garments done as part of their new Harold program and I was extremely satisfied with the end result. With most made-to-measure experiences I find myself coming back for 2nd and 3rd fittings, but I was amazed to see the Harry Rosen team get it right the first time around. Will definitely be back for more garments, thank you!

Harry Rosen and in particular the Bloor…

Harry Rosen and in particular the Bloor Street and Yorkdale shops are first in class in terms of price, ease of shopping, knowledgeable advisors, value for money and customer experience.

The shop is an international brand and compares favourably to its peers worldwide. Overall, the customer is king at Harry Rosen. Go in for your royal treat!

Harry Rosen @ Sherway Gardens...lousy service!!

I went to Harry Rosen @ Sherway. The customer service rep. that I met the first time (her name is Rio) gave me excellent customer service and happily helped me with my purchase. I went to pickup the outfit I purchased 4 days letter @ customer service and the CS reps service was extremely lousy!! I felt that I had done something wrong based on the treatment I received. They judge you from the moment you walked in the store and they do not want the "have nots" shopping in their store. Has anyone else received this same treatment from Harry Rosen (Sherway)
