PROBABLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE COAT AND BEFORE IT SHIPPED IT WENT ON SALE. I ASKED FOR THEM TO APPLY THE SALE. THEY BASCIALLY TOLD ME TO SHOVE IT. SUDDENELY IT SHIPPED THAT DAY. I WILL BE RETURNING THIS AND WON'T DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.
I just wanted to write a review as I’ve never had such amazing customer service in my life. I live in another province and there was no way for me to try the size of coat I wanted. I called the store and the associate helped me tremendously. He emailed me dimensions as well as more than one picture of his colleague wearing the coat (she was a similar size as myself). In the end the coat was too big and I wasn’t able to purchase it, but I wanted to very much for the product, as well as to support such a wonderful company! Please come out with smaller sizes soon Harricana! :)
