I’ve been a patient at HSM for over a year and was having treatment for a facial scar which was bothering me. After CO2 laser treatment I saw Mahmuda and had Q switched laser treatment which helped lighten the hyperpigmentation which developed after Co2 laser treatment and I have to thank Mahmuda for her excellent customer service, she was very helpful and professional and has helped me move on from having that scar on the face. Thank you Mahmuda, I would send you flowers if I could! Take care.

First class experience began with a simple online consultation to assess, explain what could be done, and the cost.
Appointment given there and then for the next week.
Staff very friendly, explained again the procedure and treatment carried out all within 30 minutes. Only discomfort I felt was when the numbing agent was injected and even that was only a scratch for a second.
The procedure itself was painless.
Advice was given on aftercare, and was really appreciated.
Highly recommend this clinic.

The procedure was painless, and very quick.
I'm extremely happy with how it is healing, I am taking slightly longer to heal due to being Diabetic.
I really wish that I had had it done sooner.

I have to wrte a review about Dr Ayda at HSM. This woman basically saved my life. After visiting 4 other dermatologists and some plastic surgeons no one could find my issue.
This Dr knows her stuff and the staff and team are so helpful.

I have just finished my 4th session of laser treatment for fungal toenail infections in the Glasgow Clinic. The service provided by Fraser was fantastic, He immediately put me at ease, was friendly yet professional and gave clear and precise instructions on home care. I highly recommend Harley Street Medics. The results truly are amazing already, thank you so much.

I had 4 sessions of laser treatment fur fungal infection on my toe nails. I am very happy with my experience -Fraser and his colleague (unfortunately I don’t know her name) were very professional, competent and helpful. They made me feel comfortable during the treatment and gave me very helpful advice regarding after care and also lots of tips how to manage my condition between the sessions and how to deal with footwear and socks, if was extremely useful. I am very happy with the results. The admin team booking the appointments was also easily available and efficient. I will recommend the Glasgow Harley Street medics clinic.

I was kept well informed by the team from start to finish. The doctor and nurse who performed my procedure could not have been any nicer and really put my mind at ease I also found the setting very welcoming and relaxed. I was given full information regarding aftercare and encouraged to contact if any issues arose. I would definitely recommend.

I travelled two hours to attend my appointment today, only to wait nearly an hour and a half due to delays, and then be told I had been booked into the wrong treatment. As a result, the entire visit was a complete waste of time.

This level of disorganisation is unacceptable. My entire Saturday has been lost due to an error on their part.

I have already spent approximately £600 on this treatment, yet it is now worse than when I first started and its always hurting. This raises serious concerns about the service provided.

I was told my treatment will be sorted by the end of last year, this has been going on for 7 months now and it hasnt made any difference at all. It has actually got worse.

Nurse Mermuda makes the laser experience lovely, would gladly recommend her specifically

I recently attended the clinic to have a seborrheic keratosis removed from my face.
I had a very pleasant experience with both Nurse Paula and Dr Naqib who explained in detail the procedure that he was about to perform,
It was quite painless and straightforward and I was treated with extreme professionalism and I received an email shortly after leaving the clinic providing me with all the aftercare instructions.
I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone thinking of using the clinic in the future.

I went to harley street clinics for a laser verruca removal on my big toe. The recovery was supposed to take 2 weeks at most. The 'doctor' lasered so much of my big toe that I had to get crutches and did not recover for a good 6 months. During this period - there was no after care, no creams or antibiotics prescribed. It was pretty much impossible to get a hold of the clinic after the procedure for even basic follow up. Definitely do not go here - it is not on Harley street and very likely a scam.

I recently visited Harley Street Clinic to have a mole removed surgically, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Khan and Amir were both incredibly kind and professional. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure in detail, which really helped put me at ease. I felt completely comfortable and well looked after throughout the whole process. The care and attention I received were outstanding — I honestly couldn’t recommend them more!

I had a large lipoma removed by Dr Khan the service was outstanding and more then I could have asked for Dr Khan and Amir made the feel very comfortable and at ease as I was very nervous. I would highly recommend the service to anyone I couldn't be happier.

The tag removal was quick and simple. Complete with in an hour
