Fix my Error.

I called to check on on order that I'd place and about the increase in prices. We talked and then said our good bye. The young lady i spoke with continued to looks and realized that I had failed to sign into my Account and called me back to let me know that and they had corrected my error, reminding me to sign in each time.

Great Customer Service

I do not have my order yet but so far the experience has been excellent. I placed an order over the weekend and learned afterwards that I made an error on the order. I sent a message using the web site and received a quick response early Monday morning (this morning) resolving the issue. The order is already shipping today. So far, so good!
