One star because I can't give less

One star because I can't give less! This is a scam operation. I don't think they even have the products they advertise. I believe their goal is to scam as many people as possible before they are completely shut down. I can live with the $20 I was scammed out of, but I am sure others have taken bigger hits. Suffice it to say they are not legitimate!

Don't Waste Your Money

Ultimate Waterproof and Windproof Thermal Non-slip gloves
These were advertised as good winter gloves. They are crap. They are very thin, cheap neoprene gloves. A waste of money. It's 15 degrees F and windy. I just got done cleaning the snow off of my car. I was wearing those gloves. My fingers about got frostbite. They're going in the garbage. I'm also reporting them to Facebook, where I saw their ad. I wouldn't buy anything from this company.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! Total scam! Similar story to others, I ordered 5 pairs of winter gloves on Dec 12 for family xmas presents. Its Feb 4 and still nothing. After several emails they sent me a tracking number and said it was delivered Jan 17 and please contact your mail carrier if theres a problem. Total BS. On Jan 17 we received a very small plastic bag with my name on a shipping label with literally nothing in it. That must be what they are claiming was "delivered". These are just Chinese scammers. BEWARE!!

I ordered 2 pair of gloves

I ordered 2 pair of gloves. The shipping process is horrible and slow the tracking stays stuck and does not update on a timely matter. They say they delivered my package but I never received my package. Ive written emails concerning my package not being delivered and all their customer service keeps saying is they delivered it but there is no proof no picture of delivery at all. The tracking keeps saying it's in Tuscan and been there over a week with no updates. Ive asked for a refund but they keep saying my package was delivered and they obviously dont care about their customers. I would have given a negative 5 stars if I could have. I placed my order back on December 14 2025 and never received my order. Do not order from this company they are horrible and their customer service is the worst they dont care about their customers.

So I ordered two pairs of gloves for Christmas present. Finally a month later there’s these weird two different tracking that doesn’t even make sense. So I emailed them and they said my package was delivered like a week ago. I called my father and he said he got some weird package in the mail with no return address and it was some weird Ozzy Osbourne Monopoly game that he threw in the garbage so I guess they did send a package, but it was not what I ordered and because I went through PayPal Paypal refund refunded me immediately

Horrible company

Horrible company! False delivery dates. Product took well over a month and then they would not refund or compensate. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I actually did get what I ordered

I actually did get what I ordered, unlike many other people, although it did take a month to get here. I ordered the heated vest and it came with no battery. I contacted them and at first they said to check the package to make sure. I did, and no battery. I let them know and they said "sorry about that and offered a $10 compensation. I said I bought a heated vest and have no way to heat it. They then said sorry for the inconvenience and offered a $15 compensation. I then just asked if I could get a replacement battery. I asked if all of the vests are like that. They just responded with "we're sorry for the inconvenience "
I still don't think they have any idea what I'm talking about. I think if I suggest a return, they will just be more confused. But I will try. I probably won't see my money again.

Ordered a pair of gloves from Facebook

Ordered a pair of gloves from Facebook. This is a total SCAM! It took over a month to even get to the US and last notification was is Boston, 2 weeks ago. So disappointed that anyone can pose as a company and steal hard working people's money for things they want or need. Buyer beware of this bullshit!

Beware of Harpointing

There are several reviews for this company and the nail art set purchase. I had the exact same situation… it is now Jan 9 and I ordered on Dec1 in time for. Christmas. It came from Spain and never got past Cleveland 29 days later. When I emailed their support group the email response and back in seconds saying a new order has been shipped along with a link to track it. It’s a total scam!

Probably a scam. Haven't received order, been over a month.

I placed an order at my daughter's request for their nail paints for Christmas. Placed order December 4, and was given shipping expectation of 2 weeks. This seemed excessive, but it would work. The week before Christmas, I contacted them by email and received a response that the order had gotten "stuck", and they were sending out a new order that would definitely arrive--Christmas was a week away at that point. They gave me new tracking information.
It is now January 7, and tracking shows that it is in Greensboro, NC, while I live in Oregon. Their response to my email was that "it can take time to ship to remote areas". I could have driven across the country to North Carolina, picked up the order, and driven back to Oregon by now.
I plan to report them to my credit card company.

Scam, thieves and fraud

I place an order on December 12, expecting my package right before Christmas like the ad stated. It is now January 6th and I finally get a notification from the post office saying it has a fraudulent shipping label. They want me to pay $8 more on top of the $7 I already paid for shipping. Plus my order came out to $26 but they took $38 then tried to charge my card an additional $16. I emailed their support but they send me the same crap about it being handed off to their scamming partnering shipping company. NEVER HAVE I HAD TO DEAL WITH SUCH A PATHETIC COMPANY

Of course it’s a scam

I placed an order for the 25 oz soup cups 11/8/25. I STILL do not have the product. On my third email, I asked for a refund. Of course they asked me to be patient a while longer! They also said they’d resend the product. First order supposedly came through Italy, now this “redo” is coming from China! DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered 2 sets of nail art November…

I ordered 2 sets of nail art November 23rd as Christmas presents for my Granddaughters. Today is January 2nd and I’m still waiting. I’ve contacted customer service several times and only give me shipping updates that are a week old.
I would give this company zero stars if I could. They won’t cancel my order!

Order is in Shipping Limbo with no end in site

My order has yet to arrive. I ordered this gift weeks before Hanukkah arrived. I just keep getting messages it is in route. How do you tell your grandchild the company doesn't know the current status of your package. They just keep saying it is in route. I am sorry I ordered this and have learned my lesson.

Waste of time and money!

I ordered nail art sets for my great niece's on 21 November and still haven't received them. Can't get a response from anyone when I email them asking for a status. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Don't recommend ordering from them.
