Advertised next day delivery order took 4 days to come so was unusable. Rang customer service and emailed they were of no help at all. The website said my order would be dispatched and delivery by the 7th September (even with the time frames they have replied about below) yet it still didn’t arrive until the 9th.

It was speedy delivery but the product doesn’t match the description of “luxury cotton eye mask” that is on the website and the (all 5*) reviews saying how soft they are don’t match what I received. More like scratchy cardboard fabric. Less comfortable than free airline eye masks. Very disappointing.

I paid a lot for a personalised bunting however the item came as if it came out of the trash can. Threads were loose, pictures were blurred and not in the centre of the bunting, poorly cut, no straight lines just wonky, clearly someone cut it themselves and no way of hanging it. Horrible quality, I was embarrassed to show it off in the house. Requesting a full refund. So far no apology given.

I ordered three art printed cushions.
Firstly, this company print their trademark HAPPYSNAPGIFTS on every item they print and this is NOT clearly stated on the description at all!
I received my cushions and it looked awful with their trademark on it! I emailed and complained. I received quite a blunt response and told I should order again and pay again, they also said it's stated on the website but it is not. I had to push to get replacements, when they arrived, two cushions were good, and no trademark on them - YOU NEED TO TELL THEM TO TAKE THEIR TRADEMARK OFF BY EMAILING CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER! They don't tell you this on the website. One of the replacement cushions had an odd colour, sewed badly and stuffing hanging out. I had to complain again, I received a response telling me that MY artwork was THAT colour, but it's not. I sent them the image. I am still waiting for a response. I feel that dealing with this company is more trouble than it's worth! I don't think I will be using them again which is a shame as I was planning to order quite a few items.

Speedy Service. Ordered face masks as a last minute idea on Thursday and they arrived on Saturday using first class post. They had previously responded to me on messenger so communication was good. Masks are great fun and will make the birthday event special! Thanks Happy Snap Gifts!

I've brought a mug from this place twice before. Sadly this time the mug developed a flaw in it . Email to customer service. Not helpful at all . I would not recommend or purchase from this site again .

Received the water bottle reasonably quickly,with the correct photos printed. However, there was a piece of plastic inside the bottle. I emailed on the day or receipt and the prompt reply said "Very sorry about that, have you tried the item I am not sure how much difference it would make."What a stupid comment. It's their job to know their products, check and advise customers on a reasonable solution else refund the money. Still waiting for a second response!! Oh! Phone message said we are busy in the warehouse packing, and can only reply if no email given!! So will have to look for another Xmas present. Won't recommend this company.

After a long wait for my order and it finally arrived, I received a cushion with a random women with a low cut top and breast showing not the image of my dog that I provided on my order
I contacted by email explaining the mix up and I got a quick response, not long after my cushion with the correct imagine arrived, a decent size cushion with ok imagine

Rather disappointed, my order arrived and just didn’t meet the quality standard I expected. ‘HappySnappyGifts’ printed on top of the design doesn’t look great, would’ve preferred this to be a label as shown on website and despite supplying the image with a black border around also has a white border around the design just doesn’t look great. The website also had issues with me uploading the original artwork file so had to email the file afterwards. The price is competitive with similar services but I think I’d rather pay a bit more and get a better result. Hopefully they take this feedback on and I would say some of the negative reviews on here, I don’t necessarily agree with.

A great company with terrific customer service. I ordered a cushion but sadly the print was not as I had expected. Emailed the company and received a response the same day. Suffice to say I received a lovely replacement cushion within a few days with the correct print. This company responds very quickly to emails and solves problems immediately, Will most certainly use again and will recommend to friends and family. Deserves a five star rating

Very helpful and responsive to queries. Photo mug looks superb. Very quick to send out order especially as its a personalised item. The first photo I sent didn't work and Happy Snaps spent time with me at no extra cost to produce a quality final product. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent company! I ordered some photo bunting on the Thursday, that same day customer services contacted me to say my photos hadn’t uploaded and to send them via email. I then received the finished bunting on the Saturday morning. I’m so pleased with it, it has a quality look and feel and was good value for money. I would definitely use again.

I really liked the concept of choosing your own gift, I don't expect my gift to arrive as their online ordering needs improvement. Their address checker was terrible. I live in an apartment and their address checker ALWAYS put the apartment number at the end of the address, after STATE, ZIP, US, APARTMENT NUMBER. I don't think the mailperson will see the apartment number on the address label. On top of that when I tried to give them a 2 star review on the last webpage the web page would not move on, implying their webform only accepts higher star ratings.... Overall POOR user experience

Read the negative reviews on here but decided to pay with Paypal so I could claim it back if it never came but it did! I ordered a cushion with an album cover on for my bf and it was dispatched the next day and the quality is soooo much better than I would've imagined based on other reviews. Highly recommended!

Do not use this company ordered my husband a travel pillow as he was going on a long flight ordered on the 18/2/22 as of today 7/3/22 still not arrived husband has now been and come back so even if it dos turn up it is of no use .

Very poor quality item. Even worse customer service - unable to get response by email or through on customer service phone line to even register complaint. Glad I paid with PayPal. I will be requesting my money back.

Ordered a personalised pencil case for my son for Christmas 2021, still waiting middle of January 2022.

Tried to contact through email, twitter and Instagram with no success. They then had the cheek to email to ask for a review.

I ordered 2 cushions from this company as I wanted something to match my wallpaper and couldn’t find anything so I thought I’d make my own!! My heart sank when I read the reviews online! However, I received two lovely cushions which were exactly what I ordered! The delivery was super quick considering it’s nearly Christmas!
The cushions are really soft and fleecy, really good quality!
