Ordered a personalised pillow for a birthday and I was delivered a pillow with someone else’s face on. I emailed multiple times for a refund or replacement but no replies. I also tried calling but the phone rings out or goes straight to voicemail. It seems a common theme that this company has very poor communication practices and would not recommend them to anyone.

Order did not arrive. I emailed twice to ask where it was as it was for a special birthday celebration and I had ordered it a month in advance and didn’t even have a reply! Very very disappointed I would not recommend this company at all

Great customer service and beautiful cushions. Just perfect for my little ones for when they need a cuddle with me when I’m not there.
Answered all my questions quickly and helpfully and sent quickly too. Thank you. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Ordered a product a product 3 or so years ago (personalised cut out pillow) and it was amazing, incredible quality, attention to detail and awesome value for money. Ordered the same product a few weeks ago and it was completely crap, significantly more expensive, like someone had made it in their living room, awful print quality, stitching was poor and the shape of the pillow had almost nothing to do with the subject it was supposed to be around. After numerous emails and despite their terms and conditions stating and problems would be dealt with a replacement product, all I got was a shrug and a promise if I spent more money placing a new order, they would walk me through the process. As if that was the problem. Absolutely do not recommend, low quality, expensive, unhelpful staff.

Ordered personalised face masks for an event and couldn’t use them, they were such poor quality. The paper is very thin so it wraps around the face too much and the elastics break off easily because of the paper weakness. There were also print lines all over the masks. I’ve tried to email three times requested a refund but have received no response. I’ve also tried to call but landline rings out even though it says they are open. Very disappointed, buyer beware! I seen there were a few negative reviews so thought I would leave a positive one as I am really happy with my order and would recommend Happysnapgifts. I ordered party hats for my Dad's 80th and was able to upload a different photo for each hat (10 in total). I didn't really know what to expect as there isn't the option to view prior to being sent. Very, very happy with the result and know that it will be a well received at his dinner by all. Good timing for delivery too. Thanks again Happy Snap Gifts.

I had a problem with some lockable luggage straps. I purchased eight years or so ago. Whilst they were obviously out of warranty, and could not help with the deficient straps, they provided a completely new set free of charge. It did take a long time, trying to explain the problem, and several misunderstandings on their part, but nevertheless all ended well. The replacement straps are excellent.

Prompt delivery and product was good. They resolved an issue I had with an imagine not displayed correctly on my item and sent a replacement.

Initial order of a personalised item arrived and was not how I expected. I emailed explaining situation and received prompt and helpful response, willing to understand the issue and remedy with a replacement order which arrived quickly. Pleased with that outcome.

Still waiting after over a month emailed on several occasions no help at all. Have now missed the occasion we needed it for

One star is too good for this product. I Wish I’d read these reviews before buying. Washed out printed pillow, shocking shape and quality. Shocking.

I would highly recommend this company for their products, speed, and efficiency. After a tricky start, as the photo I sent was not quite right, they helped me out with a better placement of the picture and the new cushion is now perfect. Can't wait to gift it for Christmas and particular thanks to Shaahid who helped me throughout.

I ordered a heart cushion with an image on front and back, I was not given any options to see how it would look. On arriving it was awful, there was literally no attempt to centre the imagies or resize them. The cushion is out of shape and cheap rubbish. Don’t bother trying to complain to customer service as no one will answer.
Worse company I have ever used. AVOID !!!!

Purchased hats/masks for a surprise 40th Birthday weekend away. Elastics broke just trying to put them on and could not be used. £31 wasted and ruined the party to a degree which I felt responsible for. After many emails and wanting proof of the broken items which were obviously thrown away at the time I feel really disappointed and will never buy from this company again. Poor customer service.

Ordered some personalised face masks which were supposed to be made up. Terrible quality. Slow delivery. Cut out is horrendous with white line around the outside and I need to put elastic in myself. £70 wasted. Avoid. May as well have printed and cut out at home.

Not active! Messaging them for days, sending multiple emails - no response.

Don't use this company, the products are so so poor. They don't send out proofs before making the products so you can't double check that you're happy with it, then refuse to let you have a refund when you are not happy with the product.
The customer service is also dire. I have been simply told that they "do not do refunds". I've not been given any other options despite asking numerous times. They only respond to snippets of your emails, after a long waiting time.
They do however appear to start being slightly more helpful when you leave a bad review, so fingers crossed.

I ordered some personalised bunting for my daughters 40th. I had dreadful trouble using the website and it dud not allow me to proof before placing the order. I placed the order and emailed straight away asking for help to proof it and advice before processing. They said they would send 2 proofs before processing. They didn’t -it was dispatched without assistance and the photos are not central or in the right order. The text is on one side (not central) and it has been stitched in the centre! I’ve contacted them numerous times and they say one thing but do not follow it through. It’s absolutely shoddy workmanship and definitely embarrassing to exhibit and I paid a huge price for it. I’ve asked if I can return it and get my money refunded-they say no and have done nothing to assist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY the product is substandard and the customer services support is the same.

The quality of the products is very cheap to the price of the products, was very disappointed.
To add to that after buying I was told I had to pay more than doble the price I had already paid for shipping when in the website it didn't say anything about it when I inserted the address or even mentioned any extra costs.
After contacting them they just stopped responding.
