This company is a scam

This company is a scam. The product took around a month to arrive at which point we didn't have a need for it - also it didn't fit into our space so I reached out to them to return it and they told me in "situations where the product is not defected or no lost, we are unable to offer refunds." Which is an insane and horrible return policy. This is an expensive product which I haven't even opened yet and likely is missing pieces based on other reviews I have read. Horrible customer service. There are so many other options for these types of products - do NOT use this company. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

Item was shipped to wrong address and damaged

Item was shipped to wrong address. Item was damaged. Company has no phone only email responses. Takes forever for responses. Their solution was for me to return to manufacturer at our shipping expense at a cost of $799. Unbelievable. STAY AWAY

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I received my product over a month after purchasing. The package was damaged. Upon arrival there were missing and broken pieces. Even with the video of us opening the box with all the defects was not sufficient enough for them to offer any type of refund. Scam scam scam beware. By the way, you could get a much better product for a quarter of the cost at Walmart. I really wish I read more reviews before purchasing. If you are in United States, please please please don’t purchase from them. I’ve already reported them on every platform I possibly can.

PS it’s funny how all the reviews that have been “verified” all five stars and all the ones that gave it one star are not. Looks like they’re writing the reviews themselves. It doesn’t even sound like actual people with real life experience.

SCAM!!!!! Please don’t fall victim.

We received the wrong product with no response

We received the wrong product from this company after waiting a MONTH for standard delivery. It took days to get a response, and there was no confirmation given that they would send us the correct product. There is NO CONTACT INFO for them, aside from some place in Oregon that doesn't answer the phone. This is totally absurd and I have no faith in this company as a result.

As you can see below in the company's response, they responded 2 months after i posted this review. They told me to reach out to the support email - good luck with that. The support email person takes 2-3 days to respond per each time you write them. That person was unhelpful. The company did not provide a way to "reach out" to them as they suggest. Because there is no company - as I said, I tried to reach the company, listed in Beaverton Oregon, left messages, there is no one there. I wish I could give them less than one star for making it so difficult to reach someone at their company. But I know, its by design.

It took a month to receive the playpen and it is damages

It took a month to receive the playpen. They do not state on the site that it is coming directly from China. The playpen is in pieces and were just tossed into the box. Therefore, some of the pieces were damaged. Have been contacting the company but all I get from them is to refer to the return/refund policy. The return policy is ridiculous. They require that you take a video from the moment you open the box and also they require that the box has not been opened. How in the world do you find out if the product is damaged unless you unpack and start assembly. I got in touch with my CC company disputing the charges because they will not stand behind their product.

False advertisement of products

As others have stated. The playpens arrive not preassembled, with different colored connection pieces than what is shown on the website. Clearly the reviews on their site are false. When I’ve attempted to contact customer service they’ve refused to issue a return/refund. Do not purchase products from this company.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Received playpen which was not assembled as promised and with wrong color plastic joints. Contacted customer service to return item and they refused.
Please don’t make the same mistake I did, avoid sending any money to this company!

Not a company to trust

Not a company to trust. I ordered two playpens because they sell a large one. The site says 6-12 days delivery. It took over a month and I had to get something else faster due to how long it took. I alerted them after three weeks that I’d not received it. I was met with only excuses but at least I got a response. Since it arrived, I have tried repeatedly to return and I have been totally ignored, not even an acknowledgment of my emails.

delayed arrival and damaged item

The playpen took a month to arrive and arrived with a tear in the canvas after I had put it together, I spoke to the customer service rep, he said in our policy they require you to take a video of you opening it to prove it was damaged? Lol, 0/10, save your money.

Month later-Still haven’t received my playpen!

It’s been over a month and I still have not received my playpen. The company doesn’t offer tracking that’s universal- it’s on their site and updated 1x week- very odd. I don’t understand how I still haven’t received my playpen- this is EXPENSIVE and I expect better customer service and delivery/tracking/communication experience for the price- someone finally replied I should have received it last week.. well, surprise it’s not here! I ordered on June 11th it is now July 15th- and my child is crawling and nothing to protect them.. I’m going to purchase a different gate and I’ll be reporting as fraud by next week if it doesn’t arrive by then.

Marketing might help

Honestly, other baby brands have stronger marketing. I'd never heard of this brand before. But, I'm happy with my purchase from HappyGira. You guys should try marketing on Babylist. Lots of new parents find a lot of stuff there while preparing baby registry.

This company is a SCAM! do not order. They are not a US company and they take advantage of consumers by shipping late orders, not accepting returns and not communicating with their customers. I am sorry to anyone else who does not read these reviews prior to making a purchase.

This company is a total SCAM

This company is a total SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!! We originally placed an order on the wrong credit card and immediately sent them a cancellation email from their Amazon pay template. We decided to place the order again on the correct card. They ended up sending us both play pens, claiming they never received a cancellation email. We immediately contacted them and wanted to return the other one as well because the quality is SO horrible, I would never feel safe having my 10 month old play in there, the fabric is paper thin, it will tear instantly. They refuse to allow us to return the items. They are true scammers, robbing parents of what little money they have. Horrible evil company.

Please note this company is a fraud

Please note this company is a fraud. We bought a bassinet and it arrived a month later damaged. Their is no number to call only email and they don't acknowledge emails. I had to be persistent to get a response. They then ask for proof which I sent and they are only offering me $20 when I paid $220 for a defective item. This is terrible customer service.
