Very worst experience

Due to lockdown the flight got cancelled and airlines has returned the money within a week to happyeasygo, but after completion of 6 months still i didn't get refund from happy easy go

Fooling with public

I wish I could give them rating below zero.
They are complete fraudsters. I selected a specific flight for my mother where I knew the flight number clearly as I was trying she could come to Hyderabad with other friend of hers who was traveling on the same flight however when the payment got done and page refreshed it appeared a different flight all together which I never selected, still I thought let's try and cancel the ticket It's a complete scam I feel. Later when I called to cancel the ticke team said "cancel the ticket and full amount will be refunded after deducting the cancelation fees of 500 and when they refunded after 20days they deducted amount of INR2600 which was never told to me. I was told a basic amount will be deducted and an amount will be charged by airline so I agreed and based on this information I canceled the ticket and got new one booked. And now the team doesn't accept that this cancelation was not told to me. I was told there will a deduction which will happen but not amount of 2600. Had they told the total cancelation amount I would have never cancelled. The ticket which got booked was for the same date but on a different time then the one I wanted
I RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THEM.

Terrible portal for booking flights

Terrible portal for booking flights or hotels.
They have zero customer support. If your flights gets cancelled then god help with refund you will never get one.

The worst website ever for booking hotel tickets.Guys kindly don't book any tickets in happy easy go. Poorest customer service.The website is not updated with proper mail address for communication.

poor service & professionalism - Cheating customers

Hi, I had very bad & frustrating experience with "Happy Easy Go" for the flight booking service. I booked the flight on 08.02.2020 for journey in May 2020; and the flight got cancelled due to Covid pandemic.

From then onwards I am following up with their customer care. Very rude & bad response from the email support centre & call centre & directing me to call/contact airline directly.
If I have to contact the airline - then whats is the use of this " Happy Easy Go" and why they are charging convenience fee & what kind of convenience are we getting ??

Its my money & I should get my refund, so I contacted the airline and got the refund confirmed on 15October2020 & this money got credited to Happy Easy go. From then onwards the money is with them. ThisFraud company is keeping our money & not returing back to the customers. After So many calls & follow ups they said they have received the amount and again it will take 1 more month (March 2021) for the refund after deducting the Happy Easy go Convenience fee.

I dont understand why I should pay 2 convenience fees - 1. to Airline 2. Happy easy go. Really its a hectic & awful exprience to deal with such a bad company, poor service & professionalism. They are not even obeying the Supreme court rule and cheating/luring the customers. We should stop using them and try to report to the concerned govt agency to look into this matter.

Fake and fraud company we booked fully refundable ticket and cancelled but its 6 months status is refunding and their customer care lies everytime saying we will refund in 3 days 10 days. Worst platform please dont use this

Its a fraud

Its a fraud, I would say
I have all the proofs even mailed "happy easy go" but no response.

I had been denied for room even after pre paid booking. hotel said they are not dealing with "happy easy go". and there is no good service of customer care

Never ever go for this website

Never ever go for this website. Worst experience... you will end up making tons of follow up calls and writing endless emails and they won't bother to reply you. Airline gave full refund on tickets cancelled due to Covid-19 lockdown and still they deducted convenience charges (read inconvenience charges). Till the date I have been following up for correct refund amount. So much discrepancy even after deducting all charges.

Avoid Happy Easy go site to book tickets.

Highly recommend to AVOID this site. Its been an year that I am still struggling to get REFUNDS for the flight thats cancelled due to corona. they offer attractive discounts to attract the customer. But if unfortunately the tickets are cancelled for any reason they wont refund the amount.Frustrating experience.
