Great customer service.. £901 to complete the kitchen door refurbishment. The quality is very good better than I expected. Megan in the office was a joy to deal with. £14k for a new kitchen. I I've changed the doors and yes there are a few adjustments to make but seriously. What a way to go.

Easy to order the doors.
Samples we quick to come, and we true to finished doors.
The sales colleagues were knowledgeable and very helpful.
We had a damaged door and plinth when our order arrived.
These were quickly replaced with new ones, which enabled us to complete our transformation.
Overall a good service from Happy Doors.

Really pleased with the doors, but also with the service we received. We had queries before we ordered the doors which were answered helpfully and then ordered extra accessories after they were fitted and I dealt with Megan who was very helpful. Couldn’t be better

Great doors. Excellent contact and really helpful in ensuring everything went smoothly given the bespoke sizes needed. Delivery within the timelines quoted which was important given refurbishment deadline.

I like the doors. I like the protection of the packaging, which was damaged, but the doors were fine. I don't like the method of delivery, I gave a month's notice of the delivery day request this was accepted by Happy Doors. On the day I was messaged that it would not arrive on the Thursday requested. I was later told that it would be delivered on the Monday, but assured that I would be able to track it. On the Monday , I was only able to see that it had left Welshpool, 41 miles away, at 8 am. The delivery arrived at 4 pm, the driver refused to put the doors inside my front door, when requested, stating that he could lift them easily! Rude! I had told the company that I would be driving 250 miles to receive the delivery, they said it was out of their control Happy Doors need to improve their delivery system., very frustrating.

We needed some replacement kitchen doors and drawer fronts after a bit of remodelling and ended up choosing Happy Doors for our orders. We requested a few colour swatches from the online menu which came quickly and enabled us to pick one which gave an excellent match. Once that was done, we picked the style of drawers and put in the sizes we wanted and off we went. There was an option for standard sizes but we opted to enter our own dimensions as it suited us better that way. The order was well packed and we've been very pleased with the results. We'd recommend Happy Doors with no reservations at all.

The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were delivered to the wrong place. Thankfully the man where they were delivered brought them around to us on a big sack truck. Apart from that they were fine and we are very pleased with them

The website is easy to navigate and there are plenty of choices of door stiles and colours. Ordering the size and type of door you require is easy you can even phone your order if you wish to. When the doors arrived there was no fear of them being damaged as they are really well packaged. The doors are as described and look good. I would have given five stars if they had arrived within the time period specified on Happy Doors website. Having said that that I would certainly use them again,

The quality, colour to the swatch and look were just what I wanted. The only downside was they quoted up to 15 days but took around 17 days which made it a worry having booked my joiner . I would prefer to be told longer and them to arrive early .The finished result made everything good 👍

I had 2 orders with Happy Doors. Firstly they sent out free colour samples so I could match up with existing units and sure enough they all did perfectly.

All doors and drawers came will good protection during packing/transport. V impressed.

A well - made panel, arrived as expected.
