There is no way to contact this shop besides chat and e-mail. Chat cannot help out, e-mail is probably AI based and does not offer a solution. No reply at all for days now regarding my questions regarding an order that went wrong.

Great products, even better customer service
I’ve been ordering from Hang Eleven for a while now and have always been happy with the quality and service. Recently I received a t-shirt with a small manufacturing defect, a hole near the neck label. I reached out to the team and after a brief exchange, they arranged a full replacement without any hassle. The new shirt arrived quickly and is perfect.
A special shoutout to Jess and Henry for their friendly and professional handling of my case. This is how customer service should work. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Color Problems
The Quality & the fit of the clothes is perfect, very relaxing and thick materials were used. unfortunately the colors of the pants + shirt (both ordered in black) are totaly different, this is not possible to wear as a matching outfit, since the shorts is more grey then black. please work on your “color quality” to get the shirts matching to the trousers.

No reconnect whatsoever on emails. The chatbot is a joke. And of course no phone number to be found.
Sent 4 mails so far during the last 10 days. Absolutely zero respons.
They send out nice nice automated apologetic replies about what went wrong and so on… but when you reach out they are nowhere to be seen
Looks like nice clothes but I would never buy from this company again and I wouldnt recommend anyone else to either.
Lowest of low when it comes to costomer support!

The order was shipped and it contained all my initial ordered products. Their customer service replied as well, and was very caretaking. They understood my frustration and gave a pretty fair compensation for the delay. More than good, how they handled the situation. However it could have been a quicker but in the end im a satisfied customer and would go back.

This company is a bloody hell when it comes to delivering service.
Let me start with mentioning their clothes are really nice and my previous experiences were really good, but this time is completely different.
Almost two weeks ago (25-05), I have ordered some clothes because of their summer deal and my approaching holiday. After confirmation of the order it became very quiet. I had to ask a couple of times about the status of my order. After several automated messages I finally got a response that one item was out of stock. I immediately traded the item for another color.
By today my order is still not shipped, in the meantime three different colleagues Told me something I already know. But they Simply don’t do their jobs and do the follow ups. Their service is the worst I have ever experienced. They are not even worth one star.
It is that I really want to have the clothes, but otherwise I would have cancelled my complete order. Reading other reviews it is not only my problem, but more people experiencing this.
I have no clue what to expect, they stopped reacting on my e-mails. Their chatbot is not working and reffering to sending an e-mail, which they don’t reply…
A phone number? Nowhere to find.
Horrible customer service, unbelievable.
