Don’t use this company it’s a scam. I ordered a handle from them and it arrived damaged. I complied with everything they requested for the claim. Three months later I still cannot get anyone to return my call or give me a refund.

Sent wrong colour and no screws. Cheap quality. Would never use again

I ordered 8 Long Pull Cabinet Pulls from this company totaling almost $300, and they came in "PENCIL THIN", and appear very CHEAPLY MADE. I was going to use long pulls to cover up previous holes put in cabinets for my library, but because they are pencil thin, it did not cover the holes at all. They arrived in very bizarre packaging with absolutely no shipping label, purchase order or receipt from a warehouse in Jamaica NY. Upon investigation, I found that this address in NYC is in violation of several things including DOB violations, ECB violations, HPD violations and 311 complaints. It appears this address is used as a HUB a lot of foreign imports and exports from China, India, Sri Lanka etc. I ordered this merchandise, on June 9, and I received zero communication from these people, and they claim I didn't fill out the form properly with my info, but conveniently when I started to complain that I wanted to return them, they found my phone number real fast, and called me excessively to the point of harassment. They are refusing to take these pulls back because their "POLICY" states that they will not take back "LONG PULLS"; however, If you go to their website, it boldly says 14 DAY RETURNS with absolutely no stipulations or qualifying statements regarding that. You have to go to their "return policy" section to get the truth, which is that many items are FINAL SALE. THIS IS DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. The website glorifies this product when in fact it is cheaply made and subpar.
After threatening to file a complaint against them and post a bad review, first the Customer service rep, Brian, who by the way, is out of Quebec, offered me a one time exception to ship this merchandise back to CHINA !!!!!!! of all places. When I flatly refused, after several more phone calls and exchanges, he offered that I could ship it back to CANADA!!!! It would cost me close to $300 to ship this to Canada, more than the disgusting merchandise itself. I"m wondering why I couldn't ship it back to Jamaica NY, from whence it came.

Now I am stuck with this horrible merchandise and I'm out almost $300. Lesson Learned!!!!!! Don't ever purchase from this or any other online company that you are not 100% familiar with.!!!!!!!!!!

The products I received weren't the same as the what I ordered, with incorrect dimensions that didn't fit my project. I received incredibly bad customer service afterwards with no resolution.
Absolutely awful company, I recommend avoiding at all costs.

This company has a horrible return and exchange policy. I ordered some off the shelf products and when they arrived they were the wrong colour. I contacted for return and they refused. Poor service. I won't be using this company again.

Figured out they are just a storefront that dropships from an Alibaba/AliExpress shop called Nurlin, which was the branding on the box when it arrived. Handle Shop Couture marks them up 2-3x from the actual cost on AliExpress. Buy direct yourself from AliExpress and skip putting free money in someone’s pocket.

Example: check the Tracy Solid Brass Handles on Handle Shop Coutore, and compare them to Nurlin Solid Brass handle on AliExpress (item 1005005862121180)

As a result, order also took nearly 4 weeks to reach us, as other reviewers have commented.

Cabinet handles took more than 1 month to arrive since they ship from China. Nowhere on their website they disclose it would take this long, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered them from Handle Shop Couture. Buyers beyare!

Ordered on a few occasions. Very slow delivery (2-3 weeks). Latest order they sent the wrong colour and refused to exchange and send replacements as I don’t have original packaging.
Products are good when they get it correct.
UPDATED: a couple of hours after posting this review I had a phone call to let me know they would send replacement handles and asked me to take down this review. 4 weeks later and after continually chasing them, I finally received a package and it only contains one handle instead of two. I’ve honestly never encountered such poor customer service.
Avoid at all costs.

So happy with the concealed handles for my clients kitchen. They complimented the large gold pulls and love the finished project.
Easy to order , arrived within a week, and they sent tracking info. So yes I will keep this company in mind for future projects

Product arrived damaged. No reply to several emails. Currently trying to get money back through PayPal.

If Zero Star was available I would use it. I ordered 2 cabinet handles over 3 weeks ago. Their order group told me 10 days to make and 6 days for shipping. Several emails suggest they have to make, i can take another size if im in a rush. I said NO i want the longer handle. Now they say after 2 weeks of emails, they cannot make the longer handle, what do I want to do instead? Shouldnt they take off items that are unavailable and be straight up? I suggest check if they have it before ordering waiting. Unbelievable and horrible customer service.

Run for your life. This company operates from China, my order took over a month to arrive by which time I had sourced an alternative solution. Company refused a refund so I’m lumbered with over $500 worth of handles. Outrageous service, look elsewhere, we found better quality by far at Richelieu.

Terrible website and customer service. They have a ton of "unreturnable items," which basically constitute their entire set of products. Their website is clunky and terrible and doesn't allow you to select the correct item link because it doesn't correspond with the correct photo.

They "dispatch" quickly and don't alter the order based on your feedback. Then you get it - and you have to keep it. Money down the drain. Stay away!!

The handles were really nice and of a very good quality. Scored lower due to their returns. If you need to return items, their small print says this needs to be done within 14 days and posted back to China.

I am writing in this area since emails and calls have been impossible with this company.
I ordered some handles that arrived with damaged paint and since multiple attempts to get a replacement I get the same answer "we need to check with our dedicated them, we will ship them this week"
I never got a tracking, and since Friday 05/09 nobody replies back to me. 10 days without answer and this has been going on since April 25th.
Brian and John who I have been communicating with no longer reply.
This company is extremely unprofessional; this is my 2nd review after I removed my first one because I thought I got help.
I hope someone gives me an answer and a solution..

The handles look slim and modern. I had the company that made my closet doors install them using their machine, but after installation, I noticed one handle was placed slightly higher than the other. At first, I thought it was a mounting issue, but upon closer inspection, I realized the pre-drilled holes on the handles themselves were unevenly spaced. Very disappointing manufacturing flaw. I wish the holes were properly aligned.

Clean lines. Quality product. Very happy with the product.

Impressed with both the design and quality. Everything arrived just as pictured. You can tell they care about the details.
