Amazing quality!!!

Bought wardrobe handles from the shop - fantastic quality!!!! Even much much better than on the pictures!!!! Super nice! I am even afraid to give them to the construction guy so that he does not damage them. Quality of a jewellery! Probably the best quality purchase this year!!!

Take your business eleswhere!

When I returned my order customer service accused me of poor packaging of the returned goods - I used the packaging as provided to me, by Decorroom with no modifications.
I sent all the handles sealed in their bags while they accused me of having returned damaged and opened products!! I did not damage or open the products...
I asked them to send back the items which I'm being asked to pay for (which were damaged and could not be re-selled acc to them) and they were happy to - if I pay an additional 49kr for the shipment!

In the end they are demanding that I pay for an item which I didn't damage or open and the total sum is more than 200SEK - for nothing!
Even if the products look nice I do not recommend you to do business with them. It can become expensive, on false grounds!

Hi Marina,
We document all orders before shipment, which in your case shows all products were delivered to you in unopened packages, with the screws securely fastened into each handle. When receiving your return, one of the handles were placed in an opened package with its screw laying loose in the same bag. This directly resulting in a heavily scratched surface, making this one (out of 4) handle not eligible for a refund.

Opening the packaging is totally fine – our customers are free to feel, see and try the products to make sure they fit, before making a final decision on whether to keep them.

These kind of incidents are very unfortunate and we do evertything we can to prevent and avoid them from occuring. Together with the return label we provide breif and simple instructions on how to proceed with your return and the customers responsibilities. One of the points clearly emphasize the importance of not packing a loose screw together with an unprotected handle – as it risks (or almost certainly will) scratch the surface during transport. This is the whole issue regarding the ’poor packaging’, as discussed with you.

Also, you failed to mention that this matter was resolved with you getting a refund, also for the damaged product.

With some common sense and care to follow brief instructions, we can assure that all customers can feel perfectly fine doing business with us, without any hassle.

Especially in connection with major holidays, such as Christmas and New Year, slightly extended delivery times are unfortunately to be expected, as stated in our terms of purchase. In this particular case, it is about DHL's extended delivery times.
Your order was placed on Saturday 21/12, it was packed and sent from us on Monday 23/12 - right after the weekend. You received the delivery on 7/1.
I understand that it may feel like it took a long time from your order to delivery, even though it was only 5 business days in total.
Anyway, we hope you are happy with your handles!
