I bought over 20 replacement handle sets and locks for my 30-year-old house. Rob Matthews helped me find compatible locks from measurements I supplied, replying the same afternoon. Goods were dispatched very quickly and well packaged. I am delighted with the friendly service and no-quibble return and refund for the lock that didn't fit. Now I have smart brushed chrome handles for the entire house without having to do much chiseling! Well done Handles4u.

Excellent customer service, Accidentally sent me the wrong finish for my item (mistakes happen) and immediately sent me the correct one. Great communication, fair price and I can confidently recommend.

Good product, well priced however postage very expensive and delivery time disappointing.

1st class service from Rob, from asking me send a picture of the part I was looking to replace on my front door locking system, to fast tracking my delivery so I got it the next day even though I ordered at half 1 the afternoon before.

The screw for the 18mm knob was not long enough for my cabinet door so I had to countersink it in.

One of the 38mm knobs arrived in an opened packet and had a small chip in the surface. Also one of the longer screws did not screw into the knob as far as the other one when the knob was mounted so I had to use a washer on the back of the cabinet door.

Fed back quickly when I had a query and goods arrived in good time and well packaged
