From a small lock-up shop in those early days, they grew to become one of the largest retailers & distributors of radio communications and accessories. Everything arrived safe and sound, but sadly it didn’t meet my requirements so I had to return the items hoping to get a refund. Spent £48 only refunded £24.90

Competitively priced and excellent service
The product was very competitively priced.
It was packaged extremely well and delivered by Royal Mail in the time specified. It didn’t look as though it had been kicked around a football pitch prior to arrival - as is the case with some couriers.
The after sales support and advice was excellent - many thanks Alex.
I’m looking forward to using this company again.

Cannot fault waters & Stanton,fault with DHL.emailed to say delivery Monday needed signature so stayed in ,no delivery, same Tuesday,no delivery,same Wednesday. Kept emailing them and kept being told on the van out for delivery.after about 8 emails from me finally got delivery on thurs. hope others have better luck,8

Delivery and service were very good
Delivery and service were very good, with no issues there. The headset works well and does what I need it to do for my radio.
The only issue was that the product image shown did not match the item I received. I contacted the team and they explained that the item supplied was correct, but the listing was using an old stock photo.
Overall, I’m happy with the headset and the service, but the product photo should be updated so buyers know exactly what they are getting.
