Our towels are crafted from high-quality Egyptian cotton and designed to offer long-lasting softness and absorbency, but we know that luxury can feel different from person to person. Sometimes towels also reach their full softness after a couple of washes, as the fibres naturally open up, though of course, they should still feel special from the start. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we’ll certainly take it on board. We truly hope we’ll have the opportunity to impress you in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your experience.

We’d like to clarify the timeline and our position. Your order was delivered in June 2025, and the concerns were raised more than seven months later. The issues reported after this length of time are assessed as consistent with normal wear and tear rather than an inherent manufacturing fault.

Pilling or bobbling can occur over time depending on factors such as use, washing frequency, detergents, and contact with other fabrics. While we appreciate your comparison with other retailers, wear can vary between households and usage conditions.

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we were unable to identify a manufacturing defect, which is why a refund could not be offered in line with our returns policy.

We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for and regret the frustration this has caused. We always aim to be fair, transparent, and consistent in applying our policies, and we’re sorry that this experience has left you feeling let down.

To clarify, a full refund was processed as soon as the items were received back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and depending on your bank or card provider, they can take a few working days to appear.

I’m really sorry for the disappointment and the lack of response you’ve had — that’s not acceptable.

You ordered on Monday 12th and with your new mattress arriving on Saturday 17th, it’s completely understandable that you needed those sheets in time.

The honest reason for the delay is that some of the items in your order unexpectedly went out of stock due to unusually high demand. That doesn’t change the fact that we should have communicated quickly and clearly.

Here’s what we’re doing now:

We’re urgently prioritising stock allocation and dispatch for the missing items.

We will contact you directly to make this right — with options that suit you (immediate alternatives, the fastest possible delivery on the original items, or a refund for anything you’d rather not wait for).

I will personally make sure you get a clear update today and a resolution that works for you.

Again, I’m very sorry — you gave us a try, and we’ve let you down. We’re going to put that right.
