I wouldn’t even give this company a one star rating! I ordered a gift for my friend on 16th March, up to date it hasn’t arrived. I did email the company to let them know and I got a very rude response! They obviously do not put the customer first and I would suggest they go on a customer service course !!!!!!!!!!

Item not delivered no updates, no reply. I have messaged them several times no reply After 1 week is still shows as order awaiting fulfilment. I only ordered from these because the website did not say the item was out of stock. Going to go down the chargeback route I think.
I placed three orders on this website
I placed three orders on this website, but my experience was very poor. The delivery hasn't arrived yet, even after 20 days. And when I message them, they don't even reply. This is a very poor service.
Parcel not delivered
My parcel was ordered on 10th February and it has still not been delievered.
Have tried emailing, texting and contacting on the live chat.
However, I have not received any communication from the team.
Cancelled order
Cancelled my order and said that it was me who cancelled it!! Emailed to ask what happened and haven’t got a response
Really Vad experience
Box arrived with 4 items in it (l ordered medium size box) l item was 2 days within date and another from a multi pack not to be resold When l contacted them they were not very pleasant. Offered 30% back or return item. When l asked for a return label they said send in original packaging and put ‘return to sender’. I got a full refund from Etsy. When HM found out they were rude to me. Avoid

Ordered a bag of mixed chocolate sweets the sweets have obviously been exposed to heat dry and off colour ...also contained NUT clusters covered in chocolate !!! With no mention of nuts on the site or on the packaging ! DANGEROUS !

Absolute disgrace the photo showed a hamper and this was a conplete joke came with piss all sweets for what i paid
No English ingredients list
Item was delivered. These were the face masks. All the ingredients are in foreign which is a red flag as they should be in English to be sold here. Can't check for any allergens. Sent a few emails no reply. Will be contacting the bank to get a refund

I ordered the chocolate coins, then received an email stating I had cancelled the order which I definitely didn’t, tried to phone and sent and email stating I hadn’t cancelled no reply from either. No money was taken.
