While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

On the Tuesday rosary with Wahlberg the first Our Father prayer is skipped. Needs to be corrected.
It's a scam that uses God's name
It's a scam that uses God's name. If someone needs an app to connect with the divine, it means something fundamental is wrong. What needs to be looked at is inside the own soul.
Unexpected and unexplained charges
I was charged $75 on Apple Pay for I don’t know what… fortunately, I didn’t have enough money in the account to cover the charge. I just wanted the app to find prayers and inspiration. I never purposefully purchased anything, and the charge is concerning. I deleted the app. Apparently, you get billed for anything you look at. I still have no idea what the attempted charge was for.
Beware…
I found the App very hard to use and could never get to hear Jonathan Roamie from The Chosen. I feel that they used his name and image to get fools like me to buy the App. Their customer service wasn’t any help and I truly believe they are not a legitimate Christian company. Beware!
Daily growth in Christ
I have been using Hallow for over a year. Father Mike is a holy priest who has enriched my life with his teachings

Good luck trying to find a way to cancel.
Its AI will not respond, either.
Scam
Same issue as most others. I have an email approving the cancellation of my subscription, but no refund for 3 months. There should be a law to put these deceptive online organizations out of business.
Scam company!!
Worst app and customer service. scam, scam, scam company. Worst app and customer service I've had in 50 years SCAM SCAM SCAM
Hallow Customer Service where are you??…
As much as I love the Hallow App the customer service is poor to say the least! I'm in the UK and registered our family and one of our daughters and my mother-in-law can't log in as it expired after a short time. When we saw them individually it was impossible to help them to use the App and we have emailed with no response.
After my 3-month free trial
After my 3-month free trial, this company continued to charge me and renew my subscription via my Apple Iphone since February 2024 (it is now April 2025). I cannot get them to stop. I have rece3ived no receipts from the company, and the Hallow website says that a charge statement from my bank account is not evidence of a legitimate charge.

I downloaded the app from Google play
I downloaded the app from Google play. After it installed I went through the choosing of things I wanted to do. I also chose the so-called "free " version. When I hit submit it went immediately to Google asking for my payment information. I chose free because I don't like the pay for the year option. Every time I tried to get to the free version, Google pay would pop back up. I immediately un-installed the app. Free means just that, free,as in doesn't cost you anything. If you say it's free and then try to elicit payment information, then you are lying. And we all know that lying is a sin. Shame on Hallow!

Signed up for app and pretty much immediately deleted. Very spammy, don't think Jesus would approve. Now I keep getting unsolicited spam texts from them for Lent. Make it stop.
Never responded to State Attorney General
Hallow never responded to my State Attorney General. They also denied that I have an account with them nor they said did they charge me. My credit card company confirmed that it was Hallow.com out of Chicago that charged me. There is no other Hallow.com that exists.
Unauthorized Charge
My credit card showed a charge of $69.99 from Hallow.com. I have no idea what Hallow is nor subscribed to it. Immediately sent them both a chat msg and email out of their website questioning the charge. Advised them that if I did not hear from them I will file a complaint with my State Attorney General. Did not hear from them.
