Mormom church need more care of members

This mormom church- use young missionaries go to the church, cheat them will get save. But like you- go to the church see you will get anything. If the mormom church has troubles, immediate run away. Even help- need peace- must no troubles. Mormom church the same- see you can make the church good luck or not. If not, no one care about you. ( make sure they can get benefit from you- ask pay 1/10 income to church and volunteer job for the church. Now, promote homosex and sex poor members result in mass backdate sue.( but nothing do good for you) many people go to Mormom church get nothing even volunteer for the church. ( the worst is many becomes broken- loose job, broken leg or even die- but that’s indirectly, directly they are nice. Still find out what happen? Who make church members broken. (I don’t get anything and even get broken life. The web say many church members say favorable of the church. I see many run away already that’s stay there may be wait for change of life. Even some ( young missionaries say-( you want pay the church!) now you know why don’t pay the church and many young missionaries are kick out by street people/ ( cheating!) I try to help them offer delicious food to members and free ride and try to help them solve social problems. But my pray most of the time is not working- thats a bad thing. Directly I can help if possible- set up event if they ask, pick up people. ( completely volunterr, no charge. not expect any return.) But mormom church just like you help the church growth and rich- but not for the members.
Our experience is church can change people life, you may just do some volunteer job.

Listen...

Here's yet another ex Mormon and I expect it'll fall of deaf ears but listen! At it's core the church values family. At it's core is love. And I think the church can be good for those who ACTIVELY choose it for themselves! But it's when people start to pressure and shame people that I have a problem. I mean what kind of organization allows and encourages children to join but shames them and pressures them into not leaving even when they're adults?
Why does a 10% DONATION feel mandatory? If it's always been optional why is there an inquisition as to whether or not one pays a full and honest tithe? Feels a little like choosing beggars.
And I'm not even gonna go into the BoA papyrus or name all the times they were potentially racist/bigoted.
I guess what it boils down to is people. There are horrible people in every organization. The church as a whole has enabled and protected terrible people in the interest of keeping families together. But so has every other church.
Help others, have empathy, let people make their own choices. Do it because you love it and for no other reason. Enough with the duty, shame, guilt, compulsory, obligatory bullshit. Either your heart is in it or it isn't.

The Lord’s true church

I have read some bad comments, but if you happen to see mine, please know those negative comments are all wrong, every institution has its issues and bad eggs because we are all mortals. But the church is the best thing that has happened to me and my family. They are the most supportive and loving community you will ever come across. The doctrines taught are focused on Christ and they will never force you to do anything. I hope anyone who has had a negative experience realize that some members who aren’t truly converted can mess up sometimes and that no one is perfect.

W some of the members are very cruelell a few of the members were very…

While a few of the members were very nice I found many of them to be very cruel and spiteful. I rented from a member for many years. She left us for months without hot water we never had a bathroom sink that functioned. The toilet constantly leaked. They would work a little bit on something and never. finish it. There's mold in the place the wiring is bad the floors are uneven and I feel like I'm going to fall through sometimes. If I tried to complain about anything or report that there was any kind of damage she would bully me into not talking about it. I told her once about the window leaking and every time I tried to explain it to her she interrupted very loudly saying you're just telling me this now you're just telling me this now. I told her as soon as I saw water coming in and she knew that. I ended up putting caulking in it and fixing it. Over the years she has belittled me she let her grown children live downstairs and they would blast music until 4:00 in the morning so loudly that the dishes would rattle in my cabinets. She told me that if I didn't like it that I should call the cops. This went on almost every night for over a year.there are bats in the attic that come down here sometimes. The gas stove is very old and scary to use. Someone that came in from the gas company to relight the pilot years ago said that it needed to be looked at but she never would. She would belittle me and talk about me behind my back to other members of the church. She would make fun of my medical conditions. She treated me and my children like we weren't even human beings. And now that I have ALS and it's affecting my breathing and I can barely move I'm in a wheelchair, she sold the place and was very cruel about it and lied about it and said that I have 90 days to find a place but actually I confronted her a little bit because it didn't make sense and it's actually closing two weeks from now and I have nowhere to go and I'm very very scared. She doesn't care. The place has to be totally renivated. I'm on the second floor and my daughter has to carry me up and down the stairs. I had at times talked to other members and she would always try to discredit anything that I said I didn't say anything badly about her but she would say to them things like well that's what she said but I don't believe her when I would tell other members how sick I was or anything. I don't know why she's been so cruel but it's not just me she will hold a grudge for years and then brag about paying people back for what they supposedly did to her. She knew about some of my medical issues and made fun of them at times. She was always just very petty and cruel. I was always afraid to speak up to her because I was always afraid that she would sell the place she threatened too many times. So as it stands now I may be homeless in a couple of weeks and she doesn't care she feels no empathy or sympathy at all to what I'm going through dealing with homelessness and ALS and even other health issues. I probably only have a few months to live and I have to spend them in misery and I think that she feels some kind of pleasure in my misery. She said years ago that she wished that the house would burn down. She did say she didn't want anyone in it when it burnt down but she wanted it to burn down so she could collect insurance money. A house that she had in Maine did burn down and she did collect insurance money so that's a little scary. The wiring here is always been bad it's very old wires and that was always afraid of that happening here. The plumbing all needs to be redone. There is lead in the water. My children saw the way that she had treated me over the years and some of them don't even believe in God because of it. but they would definitely never go to the Mormon church. I did know some decent people, but the experience that I had with my landlord and the other members of the church not speaking up most of them anyway.one did say that the landlord was not my friend and tried to tell me how she was saying terrible things about me behind my back. She treated others with lack of empathy but for me it's always been harder because I've always been very vulnerable. I'm so scared. I wish I had never heard of the church. I wish I had never let the missionaries into my home. And I wish I wish that I never met my landlord.

Families are Forever

Family-focused and community enriching and strengthening church. They routinely step in to help each other and their neighbors and are routinely among the first to work with local agencies for disaster response. They believe in a loving, kind, compassionate God who is the Father of the spirits of all human beings and in Jesus Christ who atoned for sin and overcame death.

This church is incredibly damaging

This church is incredibly damaging, and most definitely a cult. It is very hard to get out. They are extremely controlling as well as manipulative and and misinformative. Eventually you will not be able to have your own thoughts or beliefs they control and condition it all. They worship man and teach about a false Jesus and god. Find the real Jesus, the Jesus the Bible talks about. God bless all who are still intertwined in this cult, aswell as all who escaped!

A Deplorable Church that doesn’t practise what it preaches

, I’m from Singapore. I requested to meet the missionaries cos I was interested to know more bout the Mormon Faith. Alas, my experience was pretty bad and I haven’t even meet em yet.

I was assigned to 2 sisters Simbajon and Miller and they were pretty rude to me.

I was given the number of the Elders @ 90189731, However, they were extremely unresponsive to my messages on Whatsapp which is shocking. I even called em despite me nursing a bad sore throat and told em to contact me via Whatsapp. My messages remained unread.

Just a piece of advice, if you want pple to know more bout the Mormon Faith, you need to care. No one cares how much you know, they want to know how much u care.

I also wanted to invite em for my 3 Bday Bash and they bluntly ignored me despite me sending em multiple invitations. Cos I needed a response from em for me to book a table for em at a restaurant.

Also, They tried to sugarcoat me by asking me to go for church service on Sunday for a Bday gift and when I told em I could make it (despite my busy schedule), they ignored me!

They stress on Perfection yet they are not even capable of exhibiting decent human behaviour! They are a joke!

Abusive obsession with perfection

I grew up in the church but left 25 years ago. Best life choice ever. They're obsession with being perfect is damaging. Yesterday I attended the funeral of my cousin who was a Morman, during which I heard Mormon members of his family describe him as flawed and imperfect because he had additional needs, and that now he is with God, God will bless him and make him whole and perfect and he will no longer be flawed.

Utterly unacceptable.
The church is damaging and outdated, stay well away.

Do not practice what you preach

The saying goes that if you give a man a fish, you have fed him for a day, but if you teach him to fish, you have fed him for a lifetime. Ezra's father certainly did the second. However, Ezra learned much more from his father than how to fish. He learned that he could rely on his Heavenly Father. CALLED Special Projects and was told We do not release details being a private entity. Our RFPs are strictly by invitation ONLY and we do not release any kind of timeline or design details. We do not release who the contractor that is chosen is or anything like that. Guess they do not subsribe to thier TEACHINGS. I think Jesus would be confused by your unwillingness to share informatoin or help one become involved and try to earn money for business/family regarding construction of TEMPLES built to worship HIM! This church has helped me in many ways

The gospel of Jesus Christ has made my life worth living. We all are sinners and there is joy in knowing that God loves us in spite of our imperfections and that he is still willing to stretch out his hand to us and show us a better way to live our lives and serve others and know that every person on this earth are our brothers and sisters. There are many opportunities in this church to learn, grow, serve and improve our character and even practical ways to conduct healthy and stable living. Serving takes commitment but Jesus said those who lose their life in him will find it. He expects us to strive to be like him and he shows us the way. He gave his life to make up the difference after all we can do to follow him. We all have our own pace and times when we fail in spite of our aim. Life is a time of testing, trial, learning, growing, repenting and serving and that is a lot of what I have learned going to this church.
