Got an opened product
I ordered two products during one of their sales. I received both products after few days which was good but one of the products was clearly opened and used. The customer service offered me two options, either to get a trivial discount or return the product and receive a new one, I chose the second option. After returning the product and waiting for 3 weeks, I get a refund and a lame excuse that the product is sold out. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this website unless you want to gamble.
