Sad person
Sadly one of the wires dropped off on first try of putting it around small plant so I was very disappointed. The last item I bought I was delighted with.

Hi Debbie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we’re really sorry to hear you’ve had an issue with your item. We do mention in the product instructions to take extra care with the wires, but we completely understand how frustrating it must be when things go wrong.
If you had reached out to us directly, we would have happily arranged a replacement right away. However, we’ve gone ahead and organised one for you anyway, as we were able to locate your order on our system. We hope the new item will be perfect for you, and once you’ve received it, we’d really appreciate it if you’d consider updating your review to reflect your experience with the replacement.
Kindest regards Nicky
