Very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable price. Sam dealth with my order and inquiry and he was super. Carrier damaged the my item I complained to Stewart and Gibson and they replaced the item straight away. In future all my beehive stuff I'll buy from them. Thank you Sam and company.

5/5 would certainly recommend

I came across them as a marketplace seller on ebay & amazon, and went on to make another purchase directly from their site. Good prices, sent promptly, but beyond those basics, I was especially impressed with the speed, attentiveness & pleasant nature of their customer services with my query. Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. There was an item missing from my order (I ordered direct on their site), they responded to my email immediately and, after I sent a photo, remedied the situation by sending the missing item the same day. No fuss, no problem, apart from the shortage, otherwise would have been 5 stars. Good prices, quality items, thank you.
