Products were great delivery took a while. I had to contact them to check when it would be delivered but came within days when i did. But that might just be coincidence

Someone recommended your products to me, and as I live in Australia, I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. However, it has been more than two weeks now, and I haven’t received anything. I’ve sent a couple of emails, but there has been no response.
If you can’t run your business faithfully, please don’t do it. You’ve taken my money and sent nothing in return.

I’d recommend this store’s sale range
The only thing stopping 5 stars is the waiting for the parcel. It’s too long, I have waited 7-10 days. But I’m a return customer because their out of date range really helps my finances. There’s nothing wrong with the food and other items in the range and prices are often excellent. Thanks Gymstop :)

Do not use this company!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY READ THE 1* REVIEWS!
They sold me nut bars about 10 months out of date that taste stale.
The way they advertise them is not clear that you are buying out of date stock.
The reduction is in BRIGHT RED so why not the reason?!
I didn't expect them to be selling out of date stock and I didn't click on the description of the bar as I had bought this nut bar before elsewhere so I did not read the best before date was August 2023. It's a great place to hide that information in the small print of a description that you have to click on to read.
Apparently if I want a refund for stale nut bars I need to pay postage and have it as tracked postage so pay even more!
By the time I spend that money on top of the initial delivery charge it would have probably been cheaper to buy them in a shop which don't sell 10 month out of date stock.
It's not worth the money or the effort to post back the bars. They will go in the bin so I know for certain this company doesn't sell them to someone else because I 100% believe they would.
I just wish I had read the reviews.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase of 4 boxes of KIND Thins Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt 10 x 4 x 19g (Box) - Out of Date. We advertise the products as out of date, this is mentioned in the title of the product, the variant flavour (if multiple flavours), the description has the best before date, you will then receive a confirmation email and dispatch confirmation email which gives a breakdown of the items purchased.
We do not try and trick any of our customers, we sell both in date, short dated and out of date products, mainly within the sports nutrition niche. We do not hide that we have a huge range of out of date ranging from chocolate bars to protein bars.
We did offer you to return your order back to us for a refund of the remaining items, but you are right this would be at your expense.
I would like to include a snippet from your email:
"I think I will use my time by posting about your sneaky sales tactics and warm people not to buy from your company. Also look into if I can report your company for doing this.
Or you can agree to a full refund including my costs for returning them."
As previously mentioned, you are welcome to return your order back to us for a refund of the items using the address provided to you.

ABSOLUTELY DO BUY FROM GYMSTOP!!! I’ve always had absolutely brilliant service from Gymstop, orders are fulfilled within the timeframe advised on the website and sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour fully tracked; the products I buy ( out-of-date protein bars) are exactly as described and are securely wrapped and packed, and the prices, well, just brill! (£24.99 reduced to £6 for 15 x 58g bars). They frequently offer further discounts or free delivery, and they’ve even sorted out a couple of minor hiccups with the website.
Anytime I’ve needed to email them about something they’ve got back to me very promptly (even replied to me last Sunday when I couldn’t get an emailed link to open up showing the offered discount - my bad, I hadn’t used the discount code in the email!)
So, all in all 100% satisfaction form this very happy customer!
