After discussing other options and features with Ryan, who was very helpful, I bought the Schwinn Aerodyne. GymSource had the best price of anywhere I checked, online or in stores. I picked it up and assembled it myself but had some problems getting the arms just right. Called Ryan and he had the Service staff get in touch with me. Very knowledgeable and personable Oscar then came over and made the necessary adjustments. This is a great bike and it works fine!

Salesman, in-store demonstration, delivery and assembly all excellent. The delivery and assembly was timely as promised.

Great all around experience. Sales staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery people were right on schedule and made quick work of assembly and demo. I would highly recommend Gym Source to others and would return to purchase other products.

The guy who sold me the powerblock set was nice and courteous. He didn't push me to buy anything extra and even pointed out they were discounted this month, which I hadn't realized. I would definitely buy here again!

My wife and I have been buying and using exercise equipment from GymSource since the early 90's. We trust their opinions and recommendations on the equipment we buy from them.

My husband and I have been customers of Gym Source for many years and have always been nothing but completely satisfied with their sales team, customer service and knowledge service / installers.

We recently bought a new weight machine and ellipticals to replace our old equipment and once again, Gym Source came through!

Store personnel was knowledgeable and gave us time and service on the equipment we were interested in. Price was extremely competitive as wel.

Had a delivery of a home gym. One of the 3 guys there was very rude and threw 45 pound dumbells on our floor as he was removing our old home gym. We complained to James at the White Plains store and he said someone would call us back and we received no call back or follow up on the incident. We also received no instruction manual or warranty information on the home gym we purchased. We had bought a treadmill from them in the past and the guys that had installed the treadmill had stripped the screws when I was moving. When i notified them of this they still charged me to have them come out and fix the issue that they had caused. I am very dissatisfied and will be taking my business somewhere else in the future.

I've bought 3 expensive items at this store. Products are good and sales team is knowledgable. Gym Source has a promotional sale pretty much every month, and always has some additional pseudo-sale going on at all times. Staff always presents the hard sale, never telling you about the upcoming sale. Recently I asked if floor models were for sale, was told no and bought a NEW item. On the day of purchase, I walk in and SOLD signs are on half the floor models. "Oh, we are moving locations and had to sell" they said. Also, other salesman don't waste their time with you because they don't get your commission. These are issues management should work out.

I was in a bit of a hurry to get a treadmill picked out, delivered and set up.

My rep at Gym Source was very knowledgable and thoughtful in his approach and all communications.

We had some bumps with a delivery due to snow and dates, but he kept me informed and in the loop.

The product has met expectations and the service and "going above and beyond" to make sure I was happy was very evident from the crew in the Nashua store.

The delivery team was very thorough and neat, wiped feet, set up area was spotless.

Highly recommend this store and staff to anyone looking to make a purchase.

Purchased a Hoist Mi7 with Smith Machine; Ivanko Chrome plated dumbbells and True Fitness treadmill and could not be happier. They did an amazing job on the flooring install as well. Very professional. The gym looks better than any gym you could join and it's right in my basement. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend them.
