I placed 3 staggered orders because I was hesitant on a pre order product as more and more user feedback came out I placed a 2nd then 3rd order, Gympower contacted me and expressed concern over my large order and that I may be disappointed ordering so much of the same thing.

I explained I had done my research and my experience with pre workouts and apologised for the split orders they said it was no problem they just wanted to make sure I was sure and happy to proceed and even offered to refund me the delivery charges for 2 orders and combine all 3 into 1 parcel.

Overall they were very accommodating and professional while at the same time conferring real care to me as a customer I am very grateful and happy with the team at Gympower along as they have products I am interested in they have me as a customer for life.

Fantastic company, huge selection of supplements from the US as well as some good UK brands. My go to supplier when I want something special. Never had a problem with my orders always shipped out on time and arriving super quick. Always well packed. The new website is much better to navigate and the front page is always updated with new arrivals and re stocked items. Plus being on shopify is great too especially with the updates and easy ways to pay. Thanks to all the team at GymPower. ⚡️⚡️👏

Fake supplements. AVOID! Ordered a tub of angel dust, powder was straight up sugar mixed with some chemicals.

WARNING, these guys sell expired pre workout and take off the expiry date, I felt sick so many times after taking their pre workout. AVOID! If you value your health

Avoid! Most of the products are expired and customer service is really awful

The website is really easy to navigate and well set out. I ordered ten different samples and received a confirmation email and delivery information immediately. Delivery was by Royal Mail and was quick. The samples are in clean sealed and packed foil sachets, so nice and fresh with a descriptive label. Will definitely order again from this company, a good all round experience thank you.
