This is a scam company. They take your money and you receive zero communication from them. After 10 days, I wrote to them asking where my order was. I received a weird response saying I am "fully covered" and a bogus tracking number. It's now been 16 days and I still don't have my order and communication. The tracking says it can't find my order! Everything they say and do is a lie. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I cannot find a website url for this company called Gulpup. But it is a water bottle for dogs so I am assuming it’s this company. 2 weeks ago I ordered this a still editing. I have f egg mail 3 times and despite on the page saying usual 24/48 hours response absolutely nothing. God knows where this is coming from, certainly not UK based.

I placed an order on the 26th August and the site said order by 3pm for next day delivery. I am still waiting for the bottle. I have emailed asking where they are with no response. I am extremely dissatisfied, espy at the no response. I have had bottles from here before and they were brilliant bottles hence the reorder however no bottle, no response and no refund!

Atrocious service. Wish 0/5 stars was an option…ordered bottles in December 2021 and still nothing. Excuse after excuse as to why they’ve not been delivered and no response on email, online etc

I ordered my bottle on 10th December, it is now 24th and it’s not been delivered. I have emailed them but have received no reply. Not happy.

After the issues with my first purchase being resolved I purchased another bottle for my son for Christmas. I ordered this on the 22nd of November with “next day delivery” its now the 7th of December. I’ve emailed 3 times to George and not had a single response. This is a great product but i dont know what the issue is with the logistics. We bought our first bottles at Pub in the Park for their stand, which was great but online… rubbish!

Finally got it all resolved but did take several weeks! Great product, just a shame I had a bad experience this time.

Loved the Gulp reusable water bottle - fab choice of colours and the orange one was perfect for me to take to the gym, and have on my desk at work. So well presented too in the recyclable paper and box.
