Wand arrived broken! Don’t waste your money!!!!

Item arrived in awful packaging and the wand to put the lashes on was broken in half. totally useless. Do not waste your time and money

Placed an order, received the confirmation and tracking number. I figured it would take a week to arrive at the most. It's been nearly two weeks and the company website and tracking number don't work.

I ordered on Glowvirelle after seeing a video on Tik Tok. I paid R500 for two pairs of lashes that would have probably cost me less than R100 on Shein. They said they are a South African company and the packaging looked great but the product came from China, was delivered by Buffalo after multiple weeks and follow ups and their communication is terrible and the product is cheap and plastic. Will never buy from them again.

Using ai ads to make it seem like a local company. I believed this to be a small business of 2 young Irish woman. Once ordered I got tracking info from China. If I'd want cheap Chinese crap I would have ordered from the two big China companies. Tracking didn't change for four weeks so emailed company who said order in transit and all of a sudden my tracking started moving, two weeks later package arrived. Not the pretty little holder with glue and a pouch just applicator and lashes in a clear bit of plastic. After several tries to get them in position and connected it only took three blinks and they had slid down my lashes. Waste of money and deceitful company. I actually emailed the company photos of what I received incase they genuinely believed we were getting what the website shows but a month later and no response.

This is a scam, do not buy the product. It takes ages to arrive, is completely unusable and a waste of money. I wish they could be blocked for selling products.

Avoid this company. Scam as product shipped from China and its been over a month and still not received!

I feel so stupid for not checking trust pilot sooner. Do NOT buy, NOT a South African product. Eventually got the product after a month and it is TERRIBLE. Not usable at all. Absolute scam

The next time I see this ad on any social media I will be reporting them.

Falsely advertised asa south african company. Order placed 03 March 2026. Tracking doesn't show any movement. Origin is China not South Africa. Item not received almost 2 weeks after.

Falsely advertise as a South Africa company but it's a complete scam. They won't refund me as they say the order has been shipped but the tracking provided shows it being shipped from China and not moving.

They advertised as a local South African brand
got the tracking number for shipping and it takes me to a weird Chinese site with no tracking updates, just keeps saying that it is on the way.
It has been forever since I ordered and still nothing has arrived.
I think I have been scammed

This company is running ads stating they are a small kiwi company when it's in here stating its American. This is false advertising imo
